Excellent service, we ordered one from b&q that never arrived, called up appliance direct the guy on the phone talked us through the different sizes for our flat and it arrived the next day!! Would defo recommend

They chopped and changed the delivery day several times, i have a life to live not wait for several days for a delivery. Otherwise good to excellent way to buy white goods, good value and might buy a gain.

Product is working great and easy to unpack and assemble however I paid for next day delivery it never arrived and the communication from the supplier and delivery company was extremely poor, the delivery company through tracking showed no telephone number for me which is untrue as it was given, I followed tracking and my item eventually was left on day of supposed delivery literally 5 minutes from my home at the overnight wharehouse it was showing on tracking it was there way before it was originally due to be delivered. It did not arrive until later the next day, very poor communication on both sides and no mention of refunding the cost of delivery. When it arrived in the battered and dusty box there was no apologies for late delivery probably wont use any of these companies again and will actively avoid the delivery company.

Very useful as the tall freezer is better than chest freezer as easy reach what u are looking for than chest freezer cos the food at the bottom cause bother to reach a forgotten about the old foods left too long.

Absolutely brilliant! I got this 12000 BTU AC for my bedroom which is quite small with no expectation of it actually cooling down the room due to past bad experiences with water coolers etc but I have very minimal complaints about this unit. It performs extremely well and will cool down most small-mid sized rooms within around 30 mins to an hour, genuinely feels like you’re sitting in the freezer. The only potential issue I can see is the sound of the unit being awkwardly loud at times but in my opinion the tradeoff between the sound and the cooling is totally justified, after all it is just a portable ac unit at the end of the day which costed around £400. Overall Highly Recommend. For reference, I paid for faster delivery on Tuesday night and it arrived on Thursday afternoon.

Still has not been delivered. Had message will be Thursday not Wednesday fair enough I thought. Message Wednesday will be delivered between 7 and 9 Thursday, got out of bed 6.15 ,got message delayed in warehouse at 9.10. Thought i would get it Friday same again. Now it's getting delivered Monday, I'm not holding my breath. Terrible delivery service

I've been using my little air purifier for three years now, getting the replacement filters from Appliances Direct. I'm pleased with the appliance and with the continued availability of spares. Prices and service are good.
