More than 2 weeks after my order they still haven't handled my order. Sent the email to them along for an update. No response. Guess they are frauds or they just went out of business. Anyway... Order from somewhere else.
I purchased a product from this store (Order #1201870), and it broke down after only a few months of use. Since it is well within the legal warranty period, I contacted Electrotodo to request a repair or replacement, as is my legal right as a consumer.
The store's response has been completely unacceptable. A representative named Daniel responded instead of taking responsibility or managing the process, simply telling me that "I have to take it to the technical service," while repeatedly refusing to tell me where this service is actually located. When I pointed out that I live in Viana do Castelo, he just gave a vague reply telling me to "look for it in Portugal".
This is not customer service; it is an absolute mockery of paying customers. Next time, I will purchase from Amazon; at least they take warranties and post-sales support seriously.
