Don’t Count on THem
I chose to pay for 2 day delivery and they waited a day and half to send my part. It came late because of that and I had to make other arrangements. I communicated to them that I should be reimbursed for the expedited delivery charge and they never responded. They really don’t care after they’ve collected your money.

I placed an order and have been sending…
I placed an order and have been sending emails every day for the past three days, but no one is responding. It's impossible to reach anyone. Their website says that if orders are placed before 2 PM, they will ship the same day. But not only have they not shipped, they're not responding to emails.
Edited!! At this point, I strongly believe they are scammers because they still do not respond to my emails and they are not answering phone calls either.

The delivery was excellent- on time and accurate. The product is worthless. It's great if you just want to use pre-made models but if you want to build your own forget it- next to impossible and 0 support.

The Raspberry Pi AI HAT+ works very well with the supplied inference demos and supported Hailo models, but we appreciate that building and compiling fully custom models can be significantly more complex than many users expect. In particular, converting models into Hailo’s HEF format currently requires a fairly involved Linux-based toolchain and is not always straightforward for unsupported or newer architectures.
We did respond directly with several official resources, community guides, and setup recommendations that other developers have found useful when working with custom model compilation.
For anyone considering this hardware, it is best suited to users who are comfortable working with AI deployment pipelines and Linux development environments, especially when moving beyond the prebuilt examples.
We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like this helps set clearer expectations for future customers.
