I was able to schedule another day for my delivery. Though the delivery guy said he forgot my package. He was still able to make the delivery on time the same day.

I ordered a new microwave in the evening, the next day they called to confirm the order, and the following day it was delivered as they had said it would be. The delivery guy was so nice about carrying it up the stairs - he said he would have carried it up 6 flights for us! I didn't have enough cash but he accepted some cash and some Wave so it was super convenient. The microwave was brand new with all the original wrappings and has been working great. In all, we are extremely happy!

Lors de votre demande de devis nous avions été très précis et transparent sur le fais que les ordinateurs sont des ordinateurs à "l'état neuf" d'ailleurs c'est ce tag que vous trouverez sur notre plateforme donc depuis le site. Ce qui justifie d'ailleurs les prix alléchants sur ces modèles.

Overall
Overall, it was a good service. The television installation service could be improved. I was made to wait for half a day although the technician indicated that he was on the way to arrive and install it in 20 minutes
