Great service and fast delivery - very well packaged. Provided stock of a product that nobody else in the UK could. Highly recommended.
Ordered some Dan Clark Aeon 2 replacement earpads and the wrong pads arrived - small error, it was the standard aeon 2 pads instead of the fenestrated ones. Called them up and Mark was quick to look on the backend of his system, saw the error was on their end and is sending out the right earpads with a return label for me for the incorrect ones.
Super friendly, straight forward and honest. Highly recommend, will be shopping here again.

I had ordered a set of Dekoni deep ear cups for my Sony WH-1000XM4. I emailed asking if there was an update after a few days only to be told that they could not find the part. Mark was first class to deal with, he instantly offered a refund but as I needed them I asked was there any alternative. He sorted the whole issue out and even threw in a bonus to my order as a way of an apology (which was not needed!).
If only every company had this focus on their customers it would make online shopping a pleasure. I would have no issues ordering from this company again and would recommend them with no problem.

I bought some Dekoni earpads from Electromod just under 2 years ago, which worked perfectly up until recently, when one of the pads failed.
The product was out of warranty, but Mark, out of goodwill, provided me with a replacement free of charge.
Not many places would bother as they are not required, however based on that experience, the brilliant selection of audio products available and exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend Electromod to anyone thinking of making a purchase.

In am currently working with an issue on a product that I have purchased from Electromod, although this issue affects this product purchased from anywhere it would seem so is not anything within Electromod's control.
Mark has been attentive and helpful in assisting me in communicating with the manufacturer in an attempt tot get the issue resolved.
I have also found that In my conversations with Mark he is also experienced in his field and informative and it's good to know that he is on-hand to get answers to technical questions when needed.
I would definitely recommend this company.
I needed a very specific component which I was having trouble finding and Electromod were very quick not only to respond to my emails but also in locating and shipping the item I required - and all this during the current lockdown. Very impressed.
I bought a magni 3 and modi 3 around May from Electromod. No issues with the order and the products arrived timely (I live in mainland EU).
After about a month I had an issue with my Magni 3. The Electromod team helped me every step of the way. They tested my modi 3 to make sure it had no issues either. They repaired the magni 3 and tested it thoroughly. They also completely refunded my postage. They kept me up to date and answer mails I sent them very timely (sometimes almost instantly).
If I could give more than 5 stars for after sales service, Electromod would deserve it completely.

A great company to deal with. I’ve purchased a few items from them and they have always bent over backwards to help. They give great advice too without ever trying to sell or push you. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with.
Firstly this is the first review i have ever done, however after the amazing customer service i have recieved from this company and Mark especially, i feel the need to share my experiance.
I ordered a Schiit Magni 3 on friday morning and paid for saturday delivery as i work away through the week. Waited in all saturday and the package never turned up. Was told by DPD that it would now be delivered sunday. Package didnt show up on sunday.
Rang DPD monday morning and was told my package was being held for searching and could take upto 3-5 days.
Rang Mark and told him of the situation, he assured me he would personally deal with it himself and that the delivery charge would be refunded to me. 30 minutes later Mark rang me back and told me that DPD had actually lost my package and were trying to find it.
Mark has now sent me out another Magni 3 through a different courier service.
I cannot fault this company, they have been excellent! Without a doubt the best customer service i have ever recieved and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Everyone knows how good Schiit audio products are for their price and my Magni IIU was brilliant. I ordered in the morning and the item was with me next day in a very strong package. I actually decided not to keep the headphones I purchased the amp for and this is where the great service came in.
I emailed Mark and explained my situation, I asked if I could return the item which had been used for about an hour, and was happy to pay any kind of restocking fee. Mark assured me I could send it back, and providing it tested OK, I'd get a full refund minus postage (which is normal everywhere for unwanted items) and true to his word this happened.
Something which stuck with me was when he said "why make things more complicated than they need to be?" a great attitude which I wish was more widespread. Thank you all, I shall be using you again when I inevitably change my mind about headphones in a month or so.
