I was afraid to buy from them. The company is located in Berlin. But I decided to buy the device, the price was super attractive. Up to 50% cheaper than in Ireland, with free delivery to Ireland. Product 100% as described, packed very carefully. Shipped using UPC and delivered 2 days ahead of schedule. I am super happy and will definitely come back here for shopping. 100% recommend

I ordered and paid for an undercounter fridge on this website. Money was taken from my account, but after no sign of delivery and multiple follow ups I was told the product was not in stock (despite the website still advertising it as in stock). Payment went to a different company name (not in Ireland), customer support were from a different company again (not in Ireland)- they were actually responsive and helpful but couldn't fix the basic problem of all the various companies behind this website not actually being able to provide the product. Cannot recommend trying to buy from whatever company this actually is.

All you need is easy to find, at good price. The website is logically structured and user-friendly.

Ordered paviljon, There was Storm and it bended after 5 mounths. Wanted to apply warranty, and they told me I have to disemble it (1 day work), send whole paviljon back (55kg, 2.5m height) on my own expense (at least 100€), I asked them could they send me instead ust new parts I will pay for them, answer was no they dont offer repair parts.
Quality is bad I see rust after 5 mounths.

I've had two recent experiences with the seller on two different sites - CDiscount and Darty (France). I ordered a Klarnstein heater from them via Darty - a sound system was delivered instead. I was informed that the reference on the Darty website was incorrect and they couldn't honour my purchase. I was sent a UPS ticket for return, but because of the size of the parcel, I had to carry it around three UPS places before one would take it (out of pity) because I would have to pay extra to have it collected. The item was finally returned. I bought the heater elsewhere but tried to buy some feet for it from them via CDiscount. I was sceptical, and rightly so, because I've just been told that they can't honour that either and they have refunded the money. Complete waste of time dealing with them - avoid.

Ordered a Mosquito zapper on Thursday and it still hasn't been sent at all (after 6 days..).
Customer service? Non existent, just waited 40 mins on the phone (for the second time) just so this guy accidentally hangs up on me and doesn't even bother to call back (which means I'll have to phone these idio*ts again for cca. 30-40 mins)...
Conclusion - don't buy anything from these individuals - they're far from being fair with their methods...

the machine (heater) is not working. i have requested support, received a case number (8000936562), although have not been contacted.

This is my first time buying a product from Electronic Star, so I don't have much experience with the team. However, the purchase was quick and easy. The product perfectly suited my needs and the description on the Electronic Star website. I am fully satisfied.

Purchased outdoor heater, it was delivered faulty with broken tubes, took 3 days to get hold of them to replace it. had to box and take it back to post office, and order a new one, the second one turned up exactly the same with broken tube and it was a used item, had scratches on the back. Return the 2nd one and order a 3rd one, guess what, the 3rd arrived the same, second hand and broken tube. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY THAT I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, THEIR PRODUCT SHOULD BE BANNED AND THROWN IN TO BIN.

I ordered 2xB stock items from hifi tower - auna karaoke disgo box bt: highly recommend and rowing machine capital sports flow m2: highly recommend and because there was a problem with their payment system it took them a while to process the payment but my B stock products where gone and they sent new ones instead for the same price as B stock, free and fast delivery to IE! Highly recommend

Shop impossible to contact and items arrive damaged

Order 2021-5785228 is my second order with them. Never any issues, good product and service. Courier delivered to ROI and was very helpful about carrying pallet twice. No brexit issues. Excellent.

I ordered and paid for a dog kennel. It said on the web site 7 to 10 days. Later it sent me a projected delivery date with the comment no tracking would be available. Then DHL, apparently the carrier sent me track information that would update and track. Up to now after two weeks it tells me it hasn't been moved from the Electronic Star facility.

Although I bought from CH I would not recommend this shop. The customer service is beyond bad...well it is 0 customer service. Just disappointing if you‘ve spend a lot of money and if the product is defect nobody is interested anymore. NEVER again!!!!!
