I returned an item which been da maged…
I returned an item which been damaged and was awaiting the refund. After several weeks of no proof of refund I decided to call. I spoke to Rebecca and she assured me that she would locate the item in question. The next day she phoned me and advised me that the product had been located. She was expeditious and professional in her attitude and mannerism. I was very impressed with every aspect of her duties. I thank Rebbecca for her patience and understanding in this matter.
