Do not purchase anything from this cowboy company. We ordered a very expensive item that was never received. Emails come from John, and although polite doesn't give a straight answer, and eventually stops replying. The phone line never works, and Eric on the live chat is beyond rude. If you chase your order you get vague information, and they never give you a straight answer. After the non delivery we requested a full refund, and eric stated 4-5 days, it was all lies. I would go as far as to say that this company is completely fraudulent

Oh dear! We've all been scammed by some low life fraudsters! Hopefully if you are reading this you haven't just made a similar purchase later to be regretted. They've probably changed their name again and are continuing to exploit unsuspecting innocent people for cash for an appliance they never will receive. I ordered a microwave and guess what I never received it! My bad error of judgement of thinking I was saving £10 but really it would have been better to have paid the extra money and made the purchase from a reputable seller! Might as well have just drawn £80 out a cash machine and let it fly away in the wind! Wishing bad karma to scammers, and condolences to any others who have fallen foul to this sad disappointing situation!

It’s a shame you have to give this bunch even one star. Been waiting since 24th July for a TV. All communications from them has stopped, credit card company has now taken up the issue. As everyone else has said “AVOID”

Ordered TV on 2nd August. Received email confirmation same day stating estimated delivery 19th August. Funds taken from credit card 3rd August.

23rd August: No delivery. Web site down. Phone call drops immediately after answer. Based on Trustpilot, realized it is a scam. Reported to Action Fraud. Contacting my bank to dispute transaction and recover funds.

I DID A QUICK CHECK ON THE INTERNET BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE I HAD NEVER HEARD OF IT BEFORE.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHECK UNFAMILIAR SHOPPING WEBSITES VIA TRUST PILOT/SCAM CHECKER SITES BEFORE PURCHASING - AND REPORT ANY SCAM WEBSITES YOU MAY COME ACROSS - AS THESE SCAM SITES ARE RAMPANT RIGHT NOW AND WILL NOT BE SHUT DOWN/INVESTIGATED UNTIL REPORTED!

This is a SCAM. Phone calls to supplier drop after one ring. Online chat isn’t answered/blocked and e-mails are not answered. A total bunch of shysters and low life’s. DO NOT USE!

Scam. I paid £359 for a cooker that never came. No reply from them. I've taken a big L. Lost my money. Daylight robbery.

this is a total scam we paid £400 for a fridge that never turned up there is no answer from them on phone
and even if they reply to email its just excuses to delay you do not buy

I ordered a fridge freezer - everything looked legitimate but the item never arrived. I emailed, used 'live chat' and tried to ring them. There was no reply to the email, no reply from the live chat and the phone number didn't work. I also found another electronics company registered to the same address KG Electronics so tried to ring them - The telephone number does not work there either. PLEASE do not use them - they are not a legitimate company,

Would not even give 1 star for this company. Ordered a tv..2 weeks later...received nothing! Emailed 'Eric' and was told to 'exercise some patience' Asked for a refund...received nothing. Will certainly be taking this further...

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I bought an item here and 3 weeks later no item arrived. According to email confirmation deliveries will take 7-14 days, tried their number but only 1 ring and cuts off, tried the live chat with this certain Eric kept saying it was posted already but cannot provide a shipping details and also mentioned they don’t supply tracking on items with free shipping!

I strongly believe that this company is a SCAM, they should be reported to the police, they are bunch of thieves because not everyone could get their money back!

I have reported the transaction from this scammers to my bank…

BEWARE!

My little boy spent his birthday money on a new playstation that hasn't arrived.

Can not get a delivery date from them only excuses as to why it hasn't come via emails that I wait days for a response to.

Tried calling the number, it rings once cuts off.

Tried live chat with someone calling themselves Eric. Assured me my order will be fulfilled this week only by giving him my order date.

Didn't ask for any order number, name, address or anything.

Feel so upset for my son. He has waited patiently, been so excited and was devastated when I told him the order is unlikely to ever arrive.

I did Google reviews at first but now see they were for other companies not this one so know to be more careful when reading in the future.

Feel it's really sad that people can take from others so dishonestly, instead of going out and working legitimately for their money.

What goes around comes around!

Some how, some way justice will come. The higher you climb the harder the fall when the foundation is built on dishonesty.

SCAM!!! don't even look on this website, its total scam, the number provided doesn't work, +442037697605 and it s a Hungarian number. Chat doesn't work. If you get response it will be at strange time like 11pm
You will lost you money.

you pay and they never send with all the excuses under the sun, eventually charge back through my credit card. AVOID.
