1 star because 0 isn't an option!!!

1 star because 0 isn't an option!!!
I bought some Lancome blusher from Electronicworld. The product never turned up and despite numerous emails and chase ups, I did not receive a response or a refund. Fortunately I purchased the item on my C/card, so I contacted my bank for a refund, which they processed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I bought 2 x 65" Tv's

I bought 2 x 65" Tv's, paid immediately, and included extra for the next day delivery, 2 days later got an email saying both Tv's out of stock, called them 14 times on option 2 "previous orders line" over an 8 hour period, every time it went to voicemail and then cuts you off.

eventually, I called the sales Line "option 1" and amazingly they answered. put me through to Sam, in my opinion, he was uninterested and as I explained what they had done was theft, he didn't care, and said we are getting some more Tv's next week I will see what there is and call you, it's 10 days since I paid in full and i haven't heard from them, nor can I get through on the telephone. in my opinion, I would stay well away from these guys.

I bought a 65 inch Phillips TV for £549…

I bought a 65 inch Phillips TV for £549 RRP £720. I am goo g to give a fair review.
I bought this off their website about a month ago. Delivery arrived as agreed no problems there. Unboxed the item to find that the power lead was missing so went out and bought one for £9.99.
The TV was in a Samsung box and I would say the boxing was adequate.
They advertise new TVs just unsoldor older stock. In my case the TV was a little over a year old and had belonged to someone as two updates to the Android OS were seen when I updated so this means it was a used TV obviously bought very cheap and refurbished. At this point there's nothing wrong with the TV, refirbed to a good standard so far and with a one year guarantee although Philips give you 5 years guarantee.
I also noticed that they sent the wrong remote control I got an old one but it still works. It's not got voice control or the qwerty keyboard on the back. They retail at about £50.
In summary I am reasonably happy although I now wish that I had just spent the extra money on a new one but I'm not an overly fussy guy so there's no issues for me. I could have complained but what's the point, more stress because of a power lead and remote, not worth it.
My advice, if you want something cheaper then you need to expect less than perfection.
Overall I'm giving this one star because of the power lead and the remote. The TV works fine so far.

Bought a refurbished TV

Bought a refurbished TV. Received a text saying 'we will deliver on this date. text 'no' to change the date'. I text no, and this happens 3 or 4 more times because I am not home for a week. I stop receiving these texts for some reason - they gave up?

So then I phone the delivery company Furdeco. The guy on the phone says it will come tomorrow. It does not. I then contact Electronic world. I am told to send an email because the people with the power are not currently available, and that I will have a response on Monday. No response. I phone again, to be told that the delivery people attempted to deliver - no sign of that. They then returned the tv to electronic world and broke the tv in the process. I was kept up to date on none of this without my input.

Additionally, the tv that I had originally bought was essentially identical to another electronic world had for sale, but with slightly different scratches (they were both refurbished tvs). The other tv had now had its price increased by £50. Avoid this company.

Please don't make purchases in this…

Please don't make purchases in this site. I bought a mobile at the beginning of January, order #53301, contacted customer service after few weeks of no contact and they were saying phone is going to be shipped, this occurred twice. At the end of February almost 2 months after the purchase I asked the purchase to be cancelled and money returned. they said they will send me notification of cancelation and reimbursed money which as of 14th of April has not happened yet. These actions violate the consumers rights. In February when I asked for cancellation I found a platform in facebook of hundreds of people that had the same awful experience. I have made an official complain now through the European center for consumers in Spain to face this unprofessional service and appalling behaviour and communication from this company.
Please do not buy anything from them. I will share this experience in every possible forum to help other people not to have the awful experience I had where a purchase is made and paid and after months this company of not sending product, nor cancelling purchase is keeping a money that does not belong to them

Bad experience

I wrote a bad truthful review for Electronicworld.es here and they reported it so noone can see it. I already send documentation which confirms that there is no reason to be be reported. I still did't get my money back. Didn't get any confirmation in written that I will receive it. So other law instances will be in charge concerning this. Do not trust this seller.

Electronicworld & Eletronicmania are a ******

Disculpe mi español, mi lengua materna es el inglés, así que para explicarlo correctamente debo mantener la declaración en inglés.
I purchased a television LG OLED55C9PLA 4K UHD for 1,187.00€ with online discount on the 24th of November from the online web store, electronicworld that has never been delivered or my money returned; after many emails and telephone calls; also raised tickets cancelling my order on the website, that now I suspect webstore is a ******** and has caught many people like myself and is growing daily. I should know better, after working in the industry for more than thirty years. I suggest that everyone that has paid for an item that has not received it, go to your Local Policia and report your situation and collectively we can all put a stop to this. Also report your situation to the Police Nacional (Estafas y Fraudes) https:// www. policia. es ; the Policia Nacional will group all reports together, as they will do nothing unless the total amount exceeds 5000€.
From members of the public, neither of these address have shops or storage facilities for storing the amount of goods for sale on their webstore. One person on a forum has stated: “The address of Sesimbra, Portugal that contacts is the registration address, because it is a small town and in the indicated address is a clothing store and beauty and massage salon. There is no Electronicworld!”
Also I have a downloaded the webstore, that is clearly been developed in Spanish. The webstore is basically an off the self-website, that just needs customisation to have it up and running in a short period of time. I have not had the time to go through the complete backup of the store as it is very large, about 12GB, 94,000+ files, 5000+ folders and 2000+ products offered for sale.
My personal opinion, is that this has been setup in a way to take Black Friday through to the January sales and then stop, collecting enough money to make it worth his while. The company has two online web shops (electronicworld, Eletronicmania), with two different head offices in Portugal, but with both using a Madrid telephone number for client support. Both webstore are hosted on the same sever and setup at the same time, this in itself rung alarm bels for me!
My original post to this site, with detailed information, I have been asked to remove as electronicworld.es has reported my review for violating a number of Trustpilot’s User Guidelines. SORRY Electronicworld, just return the money and you would not have been in this situation!

Bad order management and customer support

Don't buy from this website. After two months waiting for a TV (LG OLED 55 PLA) they still have to ship it. Cannot contact them because phone line is always busy. I asked to cancel the order and have the refund and thankfully they returned my money in a reasonable amount of time.

Scammers - don't touch them!

I have also purchased a TV from this company and my initial experience made me suspicious, so have tried phoning (no answer), emailing (no response) and finally I have asked for a refund, but I have no confidence that there is anyone paying attention to this communication. It seems that I may have lost EUR300 that I gave them. Pirates!

DON'T USE THIS "COMPANY" - SCAM SCAM SCAM

Same story as the rest of the reviews on here.

On the facce of it the company seemed relatively legit, the slightly lower prices are very enticing but buyer beware this feels like a scam from the moment you pay for your product.

Communications with electronicworld.es are practically impossible. They NEVER directly reply to emails unsless it's with a generic message expressing delays or problems with deliveries.

After waiting for 3 weeks for my order I finally cancelled and requested a full refund.... Thankfully they returned my money in a reasonable amount of time.

For anyone else wanting to cancel their orders with these scam artists a link to the cancellation form can be found at the bottom their webpage in the footer menu. I recommend filling this out, sending a follow up email to cancel your order as well as phoning them (if they answer) to confirm the cancellation.
