Slechte klantservice, product deffect geleverd

Ik heb een electrische motor 7 maanden geleden gekocht en vanaf het begin functioneert hij niet goed. Bij lage snelheid blijft er iets “vastzitten” wanneer je gas geeft, waardoor hij haperend rijdt. Op hogere snelheid lukt rijden een beetje, maar ook daar blijft het probleem aanwezig.

Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de verkoper via Bol.com: direct telefonisch gebeld, een uitgebreide e-mail gestuurd naar de klantenservice en zelfs een video van het probleem gedeeld. Helaas tot op vandaag geen enkele oplossing of inhoudelijke reactie ontvangen.

Er zit 1 jaar fabrieksgarantie op het product, maar door de slechte klantenservice ben ik nu al 7 maanden verder zonder dat er iets is opgelost. Dit is echt teleurstellend en niet wat je mag verwachten.

Ik raad deze verkoper/product op dit moment absoluut niet aan.
