It’s now 18th still no word from them they do not answer phones or emails how they are still in business is a mystery. The worst company I have ever dealt with
Had more useful discussions talking to a brick wall. Quite simply Electroquest will not answer their phones. They will not reply to your emails. Show no desire to actually fix a problem. Radio silence for months on end. Very disappointing. Avoid avoid avoid.
