I needed a new battery for my step…

I needed a new battery for my step through bike as the original stopped being able to take a charge. For weeks they were not available in the UK. When eventually they were available I paid for a new one on Jan 27th. Since then, whenever I ask for an estimated date of arrival, I am told by AI that they are on holiday. I find it astonishing that the entire workforce is on holiday and their customers can go hang. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOWER OF A COMPANY.
