Ordered a dress and received a piece of plastic. The received item is absolutely nothing like the dress on the website. No response when I sent several emails for return. DO NOT ORDER FROM ELEGSHER!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

Bought 4 items none of which look like the photo and quality is awful. No refund or return info on the website so emailed. Casual reply asking me to keep the items and accept a 20% refund. Lots of back and forth which is essentially bargaining my money back and they've stopped replying. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam.

I ordered 4 dresses from this company on the basis that the website states that a FULL refund is available if unsatisfied with any of the items. After receiving the dresses, all 3 which were terrible quality and huge sizes from what I had ordered, I messaged immediately to request a label so I could return the items. I was sent an e-mail back saying the best the can offer was 10% off my next order. I have been going back and forth with this company for weeks trying to get my money back for these poor quality dresses,....but they are refusing despite what they state on their website!

I will not rest until I get my refund and will look to take legal action if this is not resolved. I will be posting and reviewing this everywhere so that I can inform as many people as possible NEVER to order from this awful comapny!

The saddest part is that I trusted an influencer who had one of these dresses but I should never have done so. The whole thing is a nightmare and I urge everyone NEVER to purchase from Elegsher!

Ordered a size medium. Paid through PayPal as wanted to be safe. Received a size xl. Emailed to advise wrong size received and to send a refund. Offered to send the proper size. Advised it would not be received in time for the occasion I wanted it for. Brought a case through PayPal. They then sent two emails telling me to close the case ASAP otherwise it would takes ages to get my refund. Emails were intimidating. Case closed with PayPal and got full refund. Dress quality not the standard I would expect from the video I saw on Facebook or the price I paid.

Poor quality, faulty item only offer 30% refund. Total waste of money

Not the material I was expected. It’s a cheap material and I would not buy again. Buyer be aware!

Absolutely shocking! I ordered two dresses which is very poor quality and definitely not worth the £40 “sale” price. Will not offer a refund and only $35 for both items.

Awful awful . Do not buy from this company . Dress I ordered took ages to arrive when it did would have fitted my granddaughter was so small . Poor quality. Will not refund me all the money and want to charge me £30 to return…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They are using pics from Social Media without the models permission. They are making their own dresses to look like what’s in the pic but are very poor quality and you can literally see through the material. Will offer a 30% refund which is not on. False advertising and fake products.

Poor quality. The dress I ordered looked little like the photo, was thin cheap material poorly constructed.

Customer service is beyond poor. They will not provide a return address and instead offer a fraction of the purchase cost.

Save your money and Avoid at all costs!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ads need to be removed. Dresses are not what they seem. Will not accept a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered a dress from a Facebook ad. In fairness I knew it was probably dodgy but took a punt. Dress did arrive but was not the size that was listed so despite measuring myself before ordering it doesn’t fit. Tried to get a return for a refund and they will charge £13. Asked if I could have a partial refund to pay for alterations but refused. Offered to send a new size but will take weeks and also cost £13.
