I am very, very happy with Dale.
I had a problem with one of the drawers in my fridge freezer and Dale responded to my email immediately and sent me the drawer within a few days.
They are very fair and very serious and everything is well organized with delivery.
You will have my recommendation anytime.

We ordered a cooker which unfortunately we had to return as our power supply was not sufficient. Devastated as the price was so good. Delivery and return was really good and communication excellent.

Dale Fletcher was excellent, I bought a washing machine and unfortunately it got a little damaged in transit, but Dale was great on the phone and arranged a discount for me. The whole experience was really very good. Price was great, delivery was prompt, plus you can use PayPal pay in three which is super helpful. I would use ElekDirect again without hesitation.

The customer service provided by Dale Fletcher was excellent. One cannot fault it one iota.
In future when I am looking for electrical items then my first port of call will be ElekDirect

The service from all sections of the sales a delivery teams was excellent. The samsung fridge freezer was as described in the pictures and the delivery lads were absolutely amazing and nothing was a problem. Washing machine was a great price, 25% less than competitor. Everything went very smoothly after I chose a delivery date. I had queries afterwards which were addressed within minutes over the phone. I am

Ordered a Neff integrated fridge freezer that showed a small dent on the side not that it would ever been seen. Apart from that everything else was fine and all accessories were included and in brand new condition. They shipped to the highlands with no issues and delivery was made on time by the same company as ao.com in the same green ao.com vehicle. Saved £200 buying from here and cant complain.

I would like to praise the customer service I received from Dale following a call to confirm order number and delivery. Dale looked into the problem, provided clear communication on its resolution, resulting in both prompt delivery time and a gesture of goodwill (unsolicited). I was very impressed after so many indifferent experiences with other providers.

We have ordered many appliances from ElekDirect over many years and have been happy with our purchases. We have only had a couple of times when something was not quite right but the after sales service we have received has been excellent and easily sorted out with no stress or fuss. Always available by phone and reply to emails promptly, Dale is the latest member of the team that sorted something for us recently and is helpful and professional. Superb service from ElekDirect! I bought a new Fridge Freezer from them - great price (I was spoilt for choice) and it was delivered early in my 4-hour window! As I forgot to defrost our old appliance, they couldn't take it for recycling / disposal, but I got a refund for that straight way. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again! Fantastic service. Had a slight hiccup with a few missing parts, but was dealt with swiftly with very rapid and helpful solutions. A particular shout out to Dale from sales/CS team and also the delivery guys, whose names I didn’t catch, that were incredibly helpful as well. My order was processed quickly and the customer service was friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend this store and would be happy to shop here again.

I was interested in purchasing a specific refrigerator and saw that I could get a scratch and dent model £70 cheaper through ElekDirect. I read reviews and was hesitant but decided to try them out anyway. I am so pleased I did. The cosmetic issues were clearly marked in the picture on the website and it was refreshing to see the actual product photo you will be receiving unlike on many websites nowadays. I thought it might be too good to be true and maybe it wouldnt work or something when it got here but I kept my fingers crossed and thankfully though it's only been about 15 hours since it's arrival all is well. The delivery men were very nice and did their job quickly. I left the refrigerator to stand for 4 hours before plugging in just in case and thought it would take hours and hours to get cold but no within an hour the temperature was great. I'm so glad I took the chance.
