I bought a windows 10 retail edition…
I bought a windows 10 retail edition from Elektro outlet on weekend, however I didn't receive the keys in 5min as expected, after dropping mail ,they responded back immediately stating that maintenance was going on their site , However they did ensure if I got the keys or not. It worked fine without an issue.
So they do provide genuine windows product and do care about customer, so overall the experience was good.
