Local mail is a very bad choice and you are the reason for this. You had no options when you made the purchase. Also the shipment was booked at customs due to taxes and fees. You should pay attention to this.

Dear customer, it is ungenerous of you to give two stars and we will explain to you the reason.
During the purchase you had two options for choosing a courier: EMS (DELIVERY 10-20 DAYS OR MORE ACCORDING TO DESTINATION COUNTRY) or TNT (DELIVERY 5-7 DAYS). Obviously you have chosen the cheapest courier although we warn you that delivery is slower. :-)
We sent the package on July 15th and the package arrived in Saudi Arabia on July 24th. In any case, even if the delivery is not fast, it seems acceptable to us considering the economic cost.
The Riyadh customs office quickly sent the package to your city, Madinha. YOUR post office in Madinha slept, did nothing until July 25th. Is it our fault? When shipping we have given you the tracking, you could contact the post offices of your country
Import taxes: you knew perfectly well that you had to pay import taxes, everything is written on our website, you had to read. Best regards

Prompt service and kept well informed

I received my Bezzera Unica parts very promptly and was kept informed. No complaints except perhaps that the postage/delivery was relatively quite expensive. However - I'm very happy to have been able to purchase the parts to repair my machine and now enjoy lovely coffee again!
