Great experience with Grant in Colchester. Very professional from start to finish and sensible upfront pricing. Reassured about the job in hand, boiler service and replacement all completed within a week. Clean and tidy job - would definitely use again!

Grant from Elementis Boiler Experts carried out a full strip down service on our boiler, fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommend.

Grant has maintained my boiler for over 3 years, including installing a replacement. In every aspect of his work he is highly professional, competent and reliable. On one occasion, due to freak weather conditions, he could not determine a possible fault with the boiler, and as such refused payment. I would recommend Grant unreservedly

Grant was extremely professional and helpful. Not only provided quick and competitive quote over the phone but also managed to adjust his schedule to accommodate my appointment which I needed to be arranged as soon as possible. He kept me well informed, providing updates on both arrival time (with no delays) and during conducting the work. The job (gas pipe removal and capping) was completed promptly and I could not be more happy with the final results. Moreover, he was so kind with the final payment which was reduced compared to the original quote due to the volume of work occurred to be less than anticipated. It only shows how honest and trusted Grant and the entire company is by this gesture. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!! :)

Grant and his team are excellent. I've always found them reliable and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a plumbing issue. They installed a new boiler when we were freezing and our old boiler had given up. Grant talked us through the options available and didn't push for a hard sell. They have since helped us with any issues we may have had elsewhere in the house and serviced the boiler yearly. Very glad to have found a service we can trust and rely on.

Grant is very organised and has a great system for booking appointments and following up with reminders for a boiler service. It means I don’t have to remember. Grant is very professional and treats your home like his own, even down to the simple things like wearing shoe covers. We have had a new boiler and two services since then.
