The best leggings I have ever worn. Fabulous quality and they fit so well, and the high waist gives them a very flattering shape and fit. The range of colours and designs are great - I have three pairs and I will defo be ordering more!

The coat that was sent was the wrong one. I sent it back same day and said I needed it in 6 days time I was assured it would be sent out next day after chasing twice finally got a reply and it was sent but arrived too late for what I needed it for. No apology just we have sent it first class! Not a great experience TBH

Quite expensive but worth every penny! The warmest, most striking coat I have ever owned. Amazing colours and gorgeous warm fleecy lining. I've been wearing it for cycling to work and they can certainly see me coming!! I will be using it for sea swimming when it warms up just a little. In fact, I think I'll be using it for everything. Totally recommend.

It's warm and cosy, and big enough to change in. It was promptly sent.

Was kept informed of dispatch and delivery process. When coat arrived it was perfect! Came just before a holiday and has kept me warm and cosy on our daily outdoor activities. Absolutely thrilled with it.

Well worth the pre-order wait times! Such amazing quality and gorgeous design. So warm and comfortable to wear. Make sure you use the size chart to ensure you are ordering the correct size. Absolutely over the moon with it!

Absolutely fab products, I bought an ekosy it’s honestly the warmest coat , only went to drs and 3 people asked about the coat!

Order an XS EKOSYS coat which was beautiful but absolutely huge.
I have had to return the coat which be warned has just cost me £12 to send through Royal Mail! I’m not happy.

My robe I ordered was on pre order and was told a expected date. Too my surprise I got 2 days early which was amazing. Just in time for my son football practice. Kept me warm and dry. So happy with the coat. I love it so much.

Re sizing, go off the guide. They are massive, which is great as I wear think clothes, including hoodie underneath.

I ordered my Ekosy in Rainbow Zebra, and when it came I loved it, but I had miscalculated the size - I needed smaller.
Contacted Element Karbon, and had a lovely email from Kirsty explaining what to do. Returned the garment, and had the correct size sent to me by return mail.
Really impressed with the quality of the garment. Love the colours - just so me! Trust their size guide, it is correct, and Element Karbon kept me posted by email all the way through the process.
Definitely will be ordering again!

Still not received my order even though it was ordered on 26/12/23 I’ve not had any emails with a delivery date or tracking information very poor communication

I bought my dry robe on pre order last year,it was gorgeous. I didn't get to wear it much as it came in nearly summer.i recently noticed the seem was coming undone on the arm. I messaged and they immediately agreed to swap for a new 1. Even agreed to swap the print and size for me. Free return of old coat too. Great service
