The size suggested was correct. The Pilates bottoms were in the sale for a reasonable price and they arrived on time.

EDIT. I have now been contacted an offered a replacement which I'm very happy about as I love my coat, my replacement shouod comw in January.

I'm really disappointed with my coat, I've had it less than a year and it is pulling apart at the seams. I received it March this year so it hasn't even been used for one winter yet, I love it but am so sad its broken. I have contacted EK and am awaiting a response and to resolve the issues.

I ordered 2 Ekoys just over 12 months ago. We got 1 winter out of them before the stitching loosened. 1 was returned as EK said they were aware of a manufacturing issue, the other 1 was deemed “wear and tear” because the fraying was by the pocket instead. When I tried to exchange the 2nd coat after them accepting responsibility for the issue on the 1st one they stated that due to the time that has passed they cannot replace that one, I ordered the two coats at the same time and are even under the same confirmation number so that was strange. So they didn’t make it to their second winter and there explanation of returning 1 but not the other when it’s clearly a stitching issue is just weird.

I have always worn a dry robe in the past for dog walks but we needed something more colourful as we use them for dog walking and my dog is mostly blind so the EKosy was great for her to be able to see us when in the park. I have got my refund on one but have to throw the other away.

I will be buying dry robe in the future as they last longer. Very disappointing.

Really love the ekosy I bought but…

Despite not giving any consent for marketing I have been signed up to both email and sms text marketing from them.

GDPR requires opt-in for marketing, which I never do. To send marketing emails and SMS to people who haven't opted in is against the law.

Shabby marketing practice damaging what was otherwise a great experience and product.

I love my dry robe.
I had to wait a long time for it, but I was warned of that on ordering, communication and updates were helpful.
It is sooooo worth the wait. Looks and feels amazing.
The courts are vibrant and just me.
I am thrilled!

My leggings were see through, patchy and had a white line running through them even though they were the correct size for me. The company said they’d inspected them on my return of them and they were found to be perfect! I own many leggings and know quality when I see it but sadly these were far from. They would not refund my shipping fee as they insist they are perfect. I am positive that the next person who receives them will also return them for exactly the same reason. Extremely disappointed as a new customer. I was made to feel as though I was making a fuss over nothing and I’d squeezed into a smaller size. Will not buy again.

All of my orders have arrived speedily and, without a shadow of doubt, these are the best leggings I think I have ever owned. They are really comfortable, just the right amount of compression, really accurate sizing and the designs never fail to catch people’s attention when I am wearing them… oh and the pockets are just perfect!!

I bought some leggings advertised as full length but compared to every other brand I own come up a Capri length. Really disappointed as I wouldn't have parted with my money had I been more aware of the inaccuracies between the product sent and online description. Very overpriced. Wouldn't buy from here again and would recommend as far as leggings are concerned seeking an alternative brand.

I bought an ekosy and its beautiful. Really good customer service and product. I had to return as it was too big, i was lucky enough to live near the wear house so got to try on the different sizes and see all the beautiful products 😀 . My ekosy was out of stock but they went above and behond to find me the right one. And im in love😀😀
