My 5 year old Indesit Oven element failed on Thursday evening. On the Element Man website i was easily able to locate not only a genuine part but also a generic replacement. I ordered the cheaper generic one which arrived Monday morning ...it fitted no problem and works perfectly.
The Element Man was also very helpful on the phone and was cheaper than another well known spares provider that comes top of the search lists, when searching online for cooker spares. If I need spares in the future I will definitely use the Element man again.

Having used this company on a number of occasions I can say that their service is very quick and efficient. Also the parts are as described and appear to be genuine parts as opposed to generic components. One thing to watch is they will not accept returns if you tried to fit the part and it turns out that was not causing the fault you were tring to fix. I had an oven element like this, and because I had fitted it (two electric spade connections) and seems that was not the problem. Called them and told that they couldn't take it back because I had 'fitted' it. Just a point to be aware of ...
