Great Customer Service
I have always had a great and seamless experience with Elementor in every aspect. One thing I have particularly appreciated is the live chat and customer service. The support team is always polite, helpful, patient, and professional.

Turned a stressful mistake into a great support experience
I accidentally renewed a hosting subscription just as I was in the middle of migrating my website to another platform, and for a moment it seemed I would have to absorb a costly mistake.
What initially felt like a very stressful situation was resolved smoothly thanks to Maria’s clear communication, willingness to help, and Elementor’s exemplary customer-oriented approach throughout the process.
I truly appreciated the fact that Elementor chose to approach the situation with understanding and flexibility rather than simply applying policy.

Do NOT buy pro
Elementor keeps forcing its own default colors no matter what I do. I clicked "Disable Default Colors & Fonts" in the settings, set my own Global Colors and Fonts, regenerated the CSS, and even switched the CSS print method to Internal Embedding — nothing works. The site reverts to Elementor's default blue every single time.
This is a brand-new, clean install: no other plugins, no imported templates, nothing. And I still can't make it use my own colors. After three hours I've gotten absolutely nowhere on something that should take two minutes.
To top it off, I just got an email that from June 3 I won't even get real support with my Pro subscription anymore — just an AI chatbot. Paying for Pro and getting this is unacceptable. Don't waste your money.
Update 17-06: Re: the response below — the promises sound great. But when I log into elementor.com with my Pro account, it tells me I have to upgrade before I can contact support. So to whoever reads this: note that they do not actually do what they promise here.

Since you've already tried the basic troubleshooting, kindly reach out to us so our technical team can dig deeper into your site to provide a resolution.
We also want to reassure you that we are not replacing human support with an AI chatbot for Pro users. Instead, we have now limited our human support for other plans.
We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve both our processes and customer experience.
Update: Based on your recent comments - if you already had a paid plan with us from past ( let's say that started atleast a month ago ) you should not have had any trouble getting to our support. For checking this properly reach out to us vai: feedback@support.elementor.com
