Inverness is mainland UK
There is no justification for charging more than £20 on a £50 purchase for delivery to Inverness.
I had to have the item delivered to family in Glasgow to qualify for free shipping, despite Royal Mail charges being the same for Glasgow and Inverness.

Very poor
Very poor. Ordered specifically from this shop because it advertised next day delivery. Merchant sent out the product as expected so this was fine, was due the next day. Expected delivery day was Tuesday, checked the tracking on the Thursday and still hadn’t arrived. Rang customer service and they told me they would get in contact with the courier.
Customer service rang me back after they’d spoke to the courier and told me courier had said the item was both damaged and lost. Was then told this is usually what they say, but it’s not always the case (?).
She then told me that I would need to wait for the courier to find the item before they could do anything. I then asked for a refund because I can’t really wait around an unspecified amount of time for the courier to locate the parcel. The person told me I’d then need to wait for the courier service to return the item to them before they can initiate the refund. Also said they’d email me to confirm that I’d asked for a refund and I still haven’t received the email.
Extremely poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.
