I'm choosing quality over quantity. I've been using CBD products for 6 months now - 3 of them - by Elements Of Green
I've started with cheaper brands - but as tried EOG - i never came back. As a competing athlete i need quality rest and recovery - EOG product have helped me to achieve it.
Products i have tried so far: CBD gummies and CBD oil.

Been trying the gummies, really good taste and relax effect :)!

I have been using CBD vital sleep for the last couple weeks and my sleep patten has improved dramatically. Ibe always struggled with my sleeping but this has changed everything! The delivery was quick and I would highly recommend their products

I tried the CBD oil and personally didn’t notice much of an effect. I am not sure if I needed a stronger dose or not, but I followed the recommended and unfortunately didn’t really notice much. Very polite company nevertheless, although I tried to contact them through their Instagram page and didn't get much of a helpful response.

So I got the cbd cream because I learnt it helps with acne and whatnot. I normally do not have bad skin but with COVID and always wearing masks I started to see little breakouts. But once I started using the cream I saw that my skin improved literally in a couple days and another thing is it’s not oily on my skin.

Wow, this stuff is great. I went for the Janice Zero CBD oil to help with sleep, I have been taking 100mg 30 mins before bed and there is a noticeable improvement in the time it takes me to fall asleep and the quality of my sleep. I would highly recommend :) oh and it tastes pretty good too(Garden Mint)

Very good product, the taste wasn't the best but it made me feel very relaxed and allowed me to sleep much better and therefore recover from my workouts even better

I have recently purchased some products and I can honestly say other products have not had the same affect on me as these products do, I just tried the calm down tea and wow it’s super distressing and I felt so relaxed and slept like a

I’ve been using @elementsofgreen CBD oil for a few months now and I can honestly say it’s helped me so much with not only my sleep but with anxiety too. I used to struggle with sleep a lot and couldn’t really get a good sleep without waking up in the middle of the night so this is a lifesaver for me! Also the focus I get now is amazing and my energy levels are always so much higher! 10/10 would reccomend.
