I have been using this broker's service for 3 and a half months. I see that they have professional service and are quite good at market calculations. Years ago, I did it alone and it was not comfortable at all. Now I have a lot of perspective on this business, and I am currently comfortable with this broker's guidance. It is a great platform but it some times is difficult to operate. Support is really helpful and their response is usually fast. I haven't had any negative experience with the brokerage service, from account opening to trading and implementing investment strategies.
