Reordered some great sandals that I had previously purchased (a year or 2 ago) from this company. When they hadn't arrived a month later (delivery time is quoted as 7-10 days) I contacted them via the website and via email and got no response whatsoever. Today (8 weeks since I placed the order) I sent an email asking them to cancel the order and refund it, but as this will never happen fortunately I have sorted a refund through PayPal. Such a shame as I really liked the shoes I originally bought.

I've been waiting since August for delivery of sandals. I bought two pairs in the past. The first was delivered within acceptable time frame. Delivery of the second ordet was so late that I made a claim on my credit card and got a refund. When the sandals finally arrived, I authorised my credit card company to repay Elena Chic. I immediately ordered another pair and paid with my credit card. Despite a few emails confirming my order and despatch, the sandals have not materialised. I'm just letting it go because I don't have the energy to pursue another refund. I'm sad because these are sandals that last a season and are comfortable.

This is another renamed company out of China that has been pushing low quality, poor material knock offs of popular styles. Orthoture is another off shoot. Steer clear.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my partner just before Christmas at a cost of £50 I’ve not received the order nor have I been given a refund.. I’ve sent numerous emails and you get ignored.. absolute scammers

The shoes did arrive after 2 weeks, but comms was non existant and it did cause me panic, but now they're here and i do love them

Total scam, misleading website, dont ever use this company, presented as a UK company but operating out of a box number in US trying to ship from China.. nothing more to be said.

I would give 0 if I could. Do not buy from this retailer. If you want a refund they will do everything in their power to elude. I agreed a 35% refund and still haven't received it WEEKS after they told me they would.

Purchased the Tommy Hilfiger shirt/shorts back in April never received emailed and was told shipping problems then sent 2 more emails over last few weeks NEVER REPLIED still waiting must be a dodgy retailer

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in dec 22, had not received anything for over 6 weeks. Got in touch with their customer service , they answered promptly & said the order was ' lost' .
Asked for a refund & it's now 31st May & still waiting.
I have lost a lot of hard earned money !!!!
Its disgraceful & they are advertising themselves as a UK based company which is why I felt it was ' safe' to order from them.

Sent for trainers in size 5, and they sent size 6 (39)
Despite sending screen shots of the trainers with the 39 sticker on them, and one of my original order clearly stating size 5, the insisted they were right.They then offered 30%refund and keep the shoes.I haven't heard a word from them since, despite numerous e-mails to them. A thoroughly disreputable company !

I ordered the No-Tie Orthopedic Sneakers for my mum with hammer toe at £36.95 - they are disgusting looking. They are big and cumbersome. They took at least 6 weeks to arrive

This company says it is a UK company but when it sent out very poor quality shoes covered in glue from the Glued on soles and with parts missing which we sent pictures to prove this ,we were told we would have to send them back to China which would cost more than the shoes were worth to get a refund . Please do not deal with this company

Wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Purchased x2 pair of shoes that looked lovely on the picture. However, when they arrived they didn't fit properly and were cheaply made. When I emailed them to send back, they informed me there were no defects with the shoes so couldn't get a full refund as this is refund policy and offered me 20% back. I have just emailed them back to say it doesn't say anything about only being
able to return defected items in their policy and that I want a full refund. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Ordered a coat. Received to find that it was nothing like the photo, not wool as advertised, very poor quality. Tried to get
information to send back,they said they would refund 20% told them again I wanted a full refund then was told they had refunded me 20% ( not received yet) told them yet again I wanted a full refund. Haven't heard anything from them since. They were very rude and not helpful.

Ordered a pair of shoes for elderly relative on 9/3/2023. Nothing has come and only confirmation of payment /tracking ref received.

Shipping tracking is poor and doesn’t really tell me anything- have contacted them today to find out where shipment is.

Looking at reviews it appears that others have experienced the same problem.

I ordered some sandals and when they came, unfortunately they were the wrong size as U S sizing is different from the UK. I emailed immediately and cannot fault them as they replied the same day and said that they are replacing them.

Bought my wife a pair of orthopaedic trainers , never arrived plus all I am getting now is about 100 junk emails per day from USA , don’t use these people there awful

Over many months I have bought various articles from ElenaChic, they have a good selection and goods just that little bit different from the normal high street produce giving good value for money. After some research I knew they were a company in America so was prepared to wait for goods to be delivered. Re .Delivery. What with America and the UK’s postal problems over many months I thought my goods arrived in an acceptable time considering problems out of their control. I have found them to respond to emails if goods needed to be returned and carry this out professionally. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them.

Do not use this company. My order wasn't processed correctly, then when I contacted them for a refund. They told me that the item had already been shipped so they couldn't. I then got an email to say it had been shipped, so I challenged them. They asked me why I they would lie to customers?
However, the tracking information clearly shows that it was shipped after I requested the refund.

Exceptionally poor, lying to customers, rude, slow. Over 4 weeks have gone by and still not received goods that I don't need anymore. Looking like it could be another 4 weeks before I actually get them. Then if I want a refund, I have to return at my own expense, even though they could have easily cancelled them before shipping and saved a load of hassle and difficulty. I genuinely feel robbed.

Would give no stars if I could.
