Support is great

This website has no reviews, so I thought I'd fix that. I originally found this company through Amazon, so they probably only ask people to review them there — but the service was so good I just had to write one.
The box said that if there were any issues, or a puzzle piece was missing, to get in touch, no questions asked. And there was a piece missing. So I took a picture to show which one, and the missing piece arrived in the post.
I think a company should be judged more on how it handles things when they go wrong — it's easy when everything goes right. We've bought a few more puzzles since and never had a missing piece. Would recommend :)
