The glasses are Beautiful. It was the perfect gift for this Mom to give her Daughter for her wedding day. I am really glad that I ordered the personalized box as well. I love them, and I know that she will too. I can’t wait to give them to her this Christmas! I went back and forth with my font choice, and the costumer service department could not have been any more patient with me! I really appreciated that! I highly recommend this company. They are worth the extra money!

Disappointing Champagne Flutes and Cake Server Set…
My Champagne Flutes and Cake Server Set are beautiful, but, unlike the web site you can barely read or see the engraving. When I called customer service all she offered was - you ok’d the proof, we did it exactly like the proof. I told her repeatedly the wording was correct you just can’t read it or see it! I did the wrong thing and gave up. You just want everything perfect for your daughter’s wedding, this was just a disappointing result from a beautiful product. I would not recommend this company because what you see is NOT what you get and terrible customer service.

My husband and I needed these beautiful Champagne Flutes to add extra GLAM to our wedding day. The flutes were absolutely beautiful and a wonderful touch for our special day!
The flutes arrived in a timely manner and when I had an issue they were very responsive and fixed it right away.
