The customer support was awesome and quick. They refunded my PayPal payment instantly (I made an error in address), but they didn't cancel the order so the whole process happens faster, they gave me 24h to repay again (I paid on the next day) but instead of shipping out the order on the 2nd payment they let the 1st one process so it arrives earlier, GREAT customer service. Also, the shipping was incredibly fast, usually when I order express from other websites it takes 4-7 business days, it literally got here in 2 days and I'm from Bulgaria so not in Italy

The UK could take a lesson from this company.. exceptional customer service the best service I have ever received from a retailer.. I ordered the wrong size of a very expensive jacket they arranged the pick up it was complete within 48 hrs!! Including the refund. I ordered the right size and it was sent within 48 hours, in time for Christmas! Truly exceptional customer service with fantastic prices on designer brands 10/10

I purchased a pair of red Valentino sandals through this site, I wore then once and they fell apart the quality was shocking. I have a few pairs of red Valentino sandals ant the ones purchased in this site are very poor quality compared to all my others 😡
When I requested a refund or exchange I had to chase their response for over a month 😡 I finally received their response and they advised it was out of their hands as below.????
