Great quality with easy set up experience and very sturdy. We are very happy with it!

I love the product!! Really easy to carry and really easy to assemble, plus it is super comfortable. So much so, that now we have a hard time getting our dog off it!

Amazing product. Delivery was very easy. A whole big sofa wrapped in a small box. It was put together in less than 15 minutes and is quite comfortable and sturdy. The price is amazing and the quality is very high. We are pleased and will order more products.

I still have to set up the products in the next couple weeks when I move in to my new apartment. Your customer service through Facebook Messenger is amazing. I had a shipping issue which they easily resolved. You could just tell how happy and helpful they were based on the responses. So refreshing especially these days. If the product is as good as the staff it will definitely be money well spent.

The customer service response was prompt and professional, however the follow-up and follow-through on the promise has been poor. The customer service rep (Chloe & Elephant in a Box Team) said we would have new, more comfortable back cushions in a few days and it has now been a few weeks. And I only get updates on status when I send an email asking for a status. This last time (after following up twice before), I was given a small discount on my original order (which was nice), however we really want the new softer pillows so we can be more comfortable on the couch.

I had done a bunch of research and went with E.B. I watched the videos, read reviews and felt I could handle it by myself. Very thankful that I could go with the "Good as New" option. Shipping was very quick. A little nervous as the box for the sofa was pretty damaged. Ended up no damage to the sofa at all.
The hardest part about this sofa was getting the first cushion out of the box. After that, the whole assembly was very easy. Sure, probably easier with 2 people, but very doable solo. I got the 2 cushion sofa and ottoman. I love this couch. It feels very solid. The seat cushions are dense and back cushions are comfortable. I don't find the fabric to be scratchy or uncomfortable at all. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I ordered my replacement pieces over a month ago and nothing has shipped!!

I'm going with three stars initially. The accordion piece in the middle is torn away from the cardboard, so it's not spanning the width of the couch. I fixed this by stapling the piece back to the cardboard. It's holding, but I don't have a lot of faith in staples lol.

Beyond that, the couch is great. Assembly was pretty easy, it's pretty comfy, but the cushions I can already tell aren't going to last long in retaining their support.

I will come back to this review in a month or so after it breaks in a bit more.

5/19 Update - Elephant reached out and I provided pictures...then nothing since (this is back on 4/15). So my review is being lowered to one star now. The staples aren't holding and the company's customer service literally disappeared lol. Very strange, but ultimately (based on the customer service alone) I would advise you to not purchase this couch.

I purchased a large sectional, but I'm concerned at the firmness of the seat cushions based on reviews. I want like the "sit-in" cushions so I've emailed and called their support line (315) 757-4688. It's gone to voicemail each time. What is the best way to get a hold of them?

Ideal for an apartment with twisty stairs. However, the cushions were thinner than anticipated, and there has been an (? off-gassing? ) smell for over a week.

So, not perfect, but would still likely order again, especially if moving furniture is not one's strong suit.
