I’ve been looking for some sort of engraved necklace for a while. My daughter is in volleyball and wanted to get something for her. I found a necklace for her in here with a volleyball and I engraved her Jersey number in the back! She was thrilled

Very poor service.
Although based in UK thought it would be ok to order.firstly e mails went into spam..apparently so they didn't see the order..then what we ordered was not available..11 e mails later and with no notice we did get a refund so probably best to say if your in the uk try and buy locally.

Elephantisity offers one item we happened to order a few years ago, and it became 100x more meaningful due to circumstances. You'd think this is all good, but the attachment had nothing to do with the company. As it turns out we were lucky to have even received the item. I say this because it (a pendant) broke 3 months later, and ever since then we've had REPEATED problems. No responses or, at best, random responses. Poor quality, AWFUL service.

I initially ordered some faux fur boots but their support reached out to me a couple of days after saying they were not available. They kindly offer a similar design on their regular boot style and I agreed. Order arrived in around 3 weeks after that.

I'm happy with the boots they look quite similar to the pictures on the site. I would say they are true to size. Hoping to wear these this winter!

I have bought from them on 2 separate occasions.

The first time was six months ago but I never left a review. I got some elephant boots and they have been great, lasted through winter with ease. Shipping takes a bit, took around 3 weeks for me.

Second time I got a necklace for my husband a couple of months ago. This time shipping was much much quicker took only around 7 days. The necklace has a metallic background which looks really nice and the chain is adjustable. He likes jewelry and has had a lot of trouble in the past with chains since his skin is sensitive, no problem with these necklaces so far!

We bought a necklace from them when they were working through Etsy in April 2023. By December 2023, the insert in the pendant fell out. We contacted them, and they asked for pictures. We sent pictures. Nothing! I attempted to resurrect the issue with them in early October 2024 and followed up with emails in late October and November. No response. Maybe that is why they are not on Etsy now.

I've purchased from this site for around 5 years now.

Never had any substantial issues with anything like some people seem to be referring to in other posts.

My first buy was a set of boho tiger boots that I've had with me for around 4 years now. They do take at least 2-3 weeks to arrive to utah but I don't really mind.

Also I've had issues with sizing before and they usually send a replacement right away without asking any questions.

Ok so I bought some boots a few weeks ago. I got a bohemian style pattern that I really like to use for festivals.

I'm usually a size 9 but these were a bit larger than expected. So I contacted them and they sent a size 8.5 to me that arrived in like 2 weeks. They actually never requested for me to return the original package which was great since my sister ended up using the original pair.

The material in the boots resists water pretty well. I have used them in heavy ran situations and my feet remain dry.

Colors are vibrant and look very similar to the pictures I saw in the site.

I was looking for an axolotl necklace that are usually hard to find so I bought this one I found here.I was able to engrave the back which was pretty cool.

Had to wait around 9 days to receive it. Nothing bad to say about these guys!

I purchased two pairs of shoes and a sweatshirt, but the quality was disappointing. The materials felt cheap, and the designs were defective. When I tried to return them, the company didn’t respond. I also reached out on Instagram, but they ignored my messages, and it seems they’ve even disabled comments so people can’t leave complaints. This makes me think others are also unhappy with their products. Ultimately, I had to ask my bank to dispute the charge.”

Very Disappointed!!! Never received my order that I placed in august and I have not heard from their customer service team on a solution! Completely unprofessional, I would not recommend shopping with them!

I can’t get a hold of them, no updates for purchase. Few emails of me seeking order updates and no response. I’m desperately chasing and wondering if this is a scam company?

It's hard for me to find appealing hummingbird products online, but this site had an embroidered style design which I really liked. Decided to buy one of their blankets and was really happy with my decision.

Took around 1.5 weeks to get to me. I tried washing it a few times and the colors are still just as vibrant.

I was looking for a tardigrade(waterbear) necklace which is not easy to find! I finally found this site and ordered one. I was very impressed with the finish and the engraving style. Would definitely buy again sometime.

I bought a yin yang necklace for my husband as a wedding gift....that was in May 2023. Loved it...now here we are in August 2023... the yin yang popped out of the silver necklace and it looks like a sticker! So very disappointed because my husband loved it. Definitely not worth the 5o+bucks!
I will post again if they correct the situation

I got a golden retriever necklace and engraved his name on the back! Loved the final result. I chose the gold version, most of my friends have asked me where I got it. Shipping was ok considering the engraving, took 7 days in total to arrive to Atlanta.

I ordered a rock climbing necklace and was pleasantly surprised with the product! It came in a cute gift box that I didn't know I was going to get.

I typed in the engravings I wanted for a necklace I bought my boyfriend. The website somehow dropped my custom markings when I checked out, but I didn't notice until I completed the purchase. I immidiately emailed them asking if I could cancel the order before it shipped and purchase a personalized necklace, and I still haven't gotten an email back (it's been about 2 weeks as of now). I ended up receiving the first necklace, but I dont know what to do with it. We'll see how the personalized one looks when it comes in, but I still don't know what to do with my first purchase.

I never order from Instagram but decided to give it a shot. I ordered a German shepherd print necklace to carry my puppy with me when I'm not around. I absolutely love it! I even engraved his name and date of birth on the backside. Have received many compliments. The necklace is like the size of a quarter which I like since it doesn't look to big or out of proportion.

I didn't know what to get my wife for Christmas and decided to buy a couple of necklaces from this site. She went absolutely crazy! I engraved a cute message on the back which blew her away. She has been wearing the necklaces for months and they still look like new. Will definitely be looking for other stuff in the future from here.
