Let's start with the good:

* They are not a scam site; they do actually sell product, kind of.
* They have a questions/comments area on their site, so at least you can see you are not alone in your despair.
* Their advertised prices are cheap.
* They are quick to refund if you raise a Paypal dispute. phew.

And the bad:

* These guys run loads of other online stores, all using the same Paypal gmail address. Never a great sign. They market everything Chinese, from mobile phones to electric unicycles.
* They are an Elephone retailer, kind of, but are not official Elephone store as their logo and branding suggests.
* They say they have stock when they don't. They promise 2-3 day express shipment when they can't.
* Customer service will ignore you, or copy and paste "Please wait another 2-3 days" reply to anything you ask.

P9000 was shown as IN STOCK and would ship within 48 hours. I paid extra for expedited courier delivery with DHL. 12 days later and it has still not shipped. No answer to any of my messages. There is NEVER any answer on their 24/7 phone line and I have tried calling 12 times at different times of the day and night. I have asked for a refund from Paypal. The customer service is zero!
It still shows as in stock which cannot be true. Why cant they be honest and keep customers informed!!!

Placed order for P9000 mobile phone mid March with expected shipping from 29th March. As of April 17th no delivery, order status showing as "processing", no updates on the website since 4th April other that the price has increased, no response to email, or online questions and no answer on the customer support number. Many people complaining of same situation on the website.

bought phone from this lot P9000, promised to have it sent out after 29th of March, paid extra for expedited delivery.

15/04/2016 still no phone.

answers from the "customer service", I have to wait for my turn!

I thought buying direct from phone maker will give customer a priority, but not with elephone...

Ordered the P9000 the 4th of april. It said that they would ship it within 48 hours and i payed for expidited shipping. Now it is the 15th of april and right now i am trying to get my money back through paypal.

Dont buy anything from these guys. Your money will go to a GMAIL paypal and they never responds to anything. If they do it is a standard reply.

Too much time wasted with this.

Very slow and unresponsive, the company that is.

They have not dispatched my phone. They take days to reply to emails, and that is if they reply at all. Lucky that i paid through Paypal, i do not think ELEPHONESTORE.COM would send the refund.

I ordered an article in the store and they were quick enough in deducting the money from my Paypal account. Unfortunately that was the only thing they were quick about. After a week of no contact, when they should at least have sent the tracking number, I tried calling and writing them, mind you the service is advertised as 24/7 on their website, but was hugely unsuccessful in establishing communication as nobody answered. After having waited for 20 days I think it is enough time and started a claim on Paypal. By the way, there are hundreds of other disappointed people, just check out the product questions on their website: it is people asking where their phones are...

Conclusion: stay away from that store.
