I ordered their burnout velvet medicine bag. This thing is made of stinky PVC material. They were quick to respond to my complaint. Unfortunately with only a 15% refund and yay! I get to keep the item!!!! Why i would even want this awful ugly product. Oh and another 40% coupn for future orders. I will NEVER order from them again!!! I will be contacting paypal to begin the refund process.

The website said they have a 100% money back guarantee but when I contacted them for an RMA, they would only offer a $15 refund. The images on the site are also not even close to the item I received.
