Absolute rip off purchased item £180.00 then to get email to pay ups £49 plus,then when the item arrived it was missing a part that they clearly sell separately instead of with the item - 16 euros they sell the part for but have a minimum spend of 170 euros.
Update : further to my above review and after speaking to I assume the (director) they made it all good and went out of his way to make this right I have based my 5 star review on this service so thank you for that.

Recibí el pedido en 5 días (estaba el finde de por medio), perfectamente embalado y bien protegido por un MONTÓN de bolsas de aire. Te proporcionan un número de seguimiento, así que estás al tanto de dónde está tu paquete en todo momento.

No conocía esta página (tampoco me interesaba por la reparación de portátiles... hasta hace poco), pero probé y no podría estar más contenta con la experiencia, seguramente repetiré.

This is THE shop for those who are into electronics, microsoldering, phone/ laptop repair, etc. They have so much to offer and at a good price!

I got my order in 5 days (to Spain, including the weekend btw), perfectly packed and well protected by a TON of air pockets. You are given a tracking number, so you can check where's your package in any moment.

I didn't know this website (nor was I into laptop repair... until recently), but I dived in and couldn't be happier with the experience, I will surely repeat.

I order a power supply from them, and it was partially defective. I contacted their customer service about the problem, and they responded within one hour. They did some troubleshooting with me, and after it was clear, that the supply was indeed defective, they contacted the manufacturer and shipped a replacement unit within one day.

Eleshop is my favourite merchant. They have a great selection of products, they often present the best choice for me quite prominently (entry-level budget-conscious professional), they have some excellent explanations of their own (e.g. the video comparing noise profiles of smoke extractors), and the prices have always been the lowest that I can find (often by a substantial margin.)
