Paid extra $10 for 10-day shipping

I had free shipping for the product, but paid an additional $9.99 for expedited shipping to ensure I received the package before Christmas. I ordered on December 18th and still did not receive the package until December 28th! 10 days after paying an extra $10 for shipping. I want my money back for paying for the extra "fast" shipping. Would not order from this company again.

A trustworthy company

I ordered a personal, folding heavy-duty shopping cart on a Monday evening of Thanksgiving week and received it at my doorstep by Saturday morning. I never heard of this company before and had my doubts about doing business with them but I went ahead anyway with the transaction. They kept me in the loop as far as where the product was being shipped from and how long and when it would arrive. Everything was exactly as they indicated. The product exceeded my expectations. It only took a few minutes for an easy assemble. No tools were required as everthing needed was included. I hope to continue to do business with this company in the future.

I'm 80 years old and I'm retired nurse

I'm 80 years old and I'm retired nurse. It gives me great pleasure to have dealt with a company that did everything they said they would do. If they said they would call-they called. I made the mistake in ordering a treadmill that wasn't right for me. Yet they treated me with respect, You can be sure that I will deal with them when I have a need.

Replacement not as good as old one

We are full time RVers living and traveling in our 5th wheel. We had an electric fireplace by this same company that heated really well, but it finally but the dust, so we ordered this one that showed the same dimensions as our previous one. Shopping was great and we received the new fireplace sooner than expected, but after unpacking and placing it in the space the old one was in, there was a gap. My husband was able to retrofit it to fit into the cabinet. The next morning was chilly so we turned on the new unit to the same setting we used on the old one: 68 degrees with high fan speed. We could hardly detect any heat unless we got right up beside it and after several hours of use, the inside temperature only rose a couple of degrees. The old fireplace would heat up our space by several degrees. We're disappointed in this one but will probably keep it and supplement heat with our space heaters since it's would probably cost a lot to return it. If you're looking for a fireplace to really heat your space, this one won't be the one you want. If you just want it for the aesthetics, the flame is pretty and has three different colors to choose from. If you stand right by it, you'll feel a little heat coming out but don't expect it to heat your space alone.

Well the cart is very well made but…

Well the cart is very well made but unfortunately it's dented at the bottom.I am letting you know in case it happens to break and then I will have a problem.So just in case something happens with it you were aware of the problem.If necessary I can send a photo. Best, Ann zwolinski.
