quick delivery

quick delivery, easy set up, husband has paralyzed right arm and weak leg. This is great for him to walk. I will have hip surgery so ordered myself one for security.

Would consider purchasing again

1st time ordering with this company. The table and bench set arrived quickly, but had manufacturing and transit damage. The customer service team was polite and responsive, and after exchanging several messages sent a replacement item. It had no manufacturing damage, but again had some that seemed to happen during shipping. The item needs more padding to avoid such damage.

Overall, I would consider purchasing from this company again if an item had positive reviews. The item required no assembly and looked like the website listing. The price was affordable, especially with a sale and promo code. The shipping was quick. Customer service was responsive to my concerns about my experience and figured out a solution.

The product that I received was wrong

The product that I received, is not what was described in the description. On top of that, yall wanted me to pay to send it back. Terrible service and will never order anything from your company again.

The filter I was sent does NOT work

The pump I was sent does NOT work; it's not getting power. I've tried it all until I was asked to be a mechanic and try doing different things, of which I won't do. I expect to buy items that WORK, right out of the box. I am old, I do not video anything. Try sending me a new pump would be a good place to start. Thank you.

Inaccurate. For example, there was no mention of the fact that the unit had to be free standing. We needed something that would operate in a built in space.

The listing for the product online was a bait and switch as much as we can tell. There was language that was misleading and did not fulfill our expectations in any way. The return offer was ridiculous. For example, we could keep the item for a refund of 18 dollars.

24,000 BTU mini split part replacement

I ordered a 24,000 BTU mini split. One of the two tube (large one - gas tube) has a kink in it. I contacted Electriclife via email. Amanda promptly respond and assure me they will replace the tube. I received the replacement the very next day.
