The Support Service from Dorena at Costway,

The Support Service from Dorena at Costway was fantastic. The best support experience I have ever had.

My grandson was beyond thrilled and excited to get his electric ride-on car from Santa and enjoyed using it several times. Then around February 7th it stopped working. I emailed your support services for help and heard from Dorena quickly with advice and videos. We emailed at least a dozen times and eliminated many possible causes to no avail. Then she had the service department send a new receiver and also sent a video with installation instructions. Finally, we solved it and on April 4th it was fixed. Dorena was absolutely fantastic during this process.

GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Order checkout wasn't clear or simple. I received the wrong item. I'm not sure who's mistake it was. I was offered a refund which was nice.

2023 Chistmas my children purchase a…

2023 Chistmas my children purchase a 48lbs/24H 2-in-1 stainless steel countertop ice maker machine with chilled water dismpenser and 5 lbs ice storage basket, a $300 purchase. In less then 90 days the company refused to replace the unit, the did refund $100 which equates to me getting to use the machine for 64 days and apparently its the thought of this company that $200 of ice was produced. The Customer Service was less then desirable and unwilling to do the right thing and replace the unit that failed. I am highly disappointed and sad that my children donated $200 on a product that a company doesn't stand behind. **I have been emailing this company for 2 weeks regarding this issue and its been UNHELPFUL

We love our cat condo

We love our cat condo, and our cats do too! We love that it has wheels on it so that we can move it around to catch maximum sun exposure for our felines. It’s well-made and relatively easy to put together. Well worth the investment!

After not getting the first order or being able to find contact info on you, I was pleased when I saw a newer ad on YouTube and was able to email u. The person on the other end was very helpful and sent my replacement order and I received it in the time specified. Thank you.

Loved it with one small exception.

I was so excited to receive my Electriclife. When I did receive it, it was everything I expected it to be. However, after only two weeks of use the right-hand side of the foot support that flips around when I'm using the walker won't hold the foot support in place any longer. It just flaps around to the side and gets in the way. It was very disappointing. Other than that it's great.

Great Product, Great Company

First, the dehumidifier works extremely well. It comes with very clear instructions and is easy to set up and use, even for someone with no mechanical aptitude. And, unlike many other dehumidifiers, it has wheels and a retractable handle that make it relatively easy to maneuver, despite its size and weight. And, finally, the folks at Electriclife couldn't be nicer or more helpful - I emailed a question about shipping late on a Saturday afternoon and got a reply a few hours later.

Of the chairs.
The directions.
We're pretty easy,
And the fact that you put the screws separate With numbers Was very helpful.
The only idea I came up with.
To make it better.
What's to be able to sync the screws into the plastic so they would not be seen.
Other than that.
5 stars all around..

It may be fine for some people but the shiatsu back message is entirely to hard it hurt much more than helped I think it should set back in the unit further it has inflamed the mussels rather messaged them I’m not real happy with the unit thinking about returning
