Buyer Beware – No Response, No Support, Questionable Business Practices

I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.
I purchased a product (MURWON M-B-N weight loss patch) and after finding that it did not work, I attempted to contact the company for support and a refund. I have been trying to reach them since March 1, 2026, with no response to multiple emails.
I eventually located a phone number listed for the company (989-682-2410), but was unable to reach anyone—no one answers or returns calls.
What’s even more concerning is that this company appears to operate under multiple names and platforms. They advertise dresses on their website, yet also sell unrelated products like weight loss patches. The contact email provided is non responsive and does not clearly match the brand name being advertised. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns.
This has been a frustrating experience and feels very misleading. I have since reported this company and am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.
Proceed with caution.
