It’s a Scam!

Ideally I would give my experience with this company no stars at all!
It is a scam! Do not book anything through this company. They took my hard earned money, lead me to believe through automated emails that I was receiving the correct details to access the property on my arrival to find that the key will not open the door.
There is no one to get hold of, emails not replied to, phone calls not answered. They’ve left a family that are 4 hours away from home with no where to stay!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Do not trust Elevate Properties to manage your apartment.

I reserved (via booking.com) a night in a apartment in Cambridge from July 4th to July 5th that is managed by Elevate Properties Inc.
They did not reply to emails for more than 48 hours. They did not answer the phone either. Neither to whatsapp messages. I could not find the apartment -the address they gave me was wrong, and I could not talk to them-.
Only option was to book an extremely expensive hotel room that very night.
I shared everything with Booking. Now they are not allowed to list their property in booking.
Do not trust Elevate Properties to manage your apartment. They are a disaster.
