Scam! Scam! Scam!

Please dont order and regret like me .. I ordered my shoes on feb 26 , and receieved my product on Mar 11, no proper details about shipment trackment , i was clueless about the status of my order, after multiple emails , i received it on 11th Mar 2026. The product is of cheap material and they just gave a rubber sole for height improvement, instead of shoe design with the requested height. i requested for return, they said to return on my own expense. Im in Germany - for me to return to China - it costs 50euro, the order was for 76euro. So i wrote an email asking for Germany centre to which i can send my Return. They said they only accept returns to their company headquarters. The address on the package belongs to our shipping partner and is not a return address and provided me a offer of refund without return -15% of the purchase price. for which i responded , i atleast needed 50%, because the quality and make of the product is very cheap and im not using this product. for which i recieved this as email

"thank you for your message and feedback – we understand your point of view.
After further review, we would like to inform you that the chargeback for your order has already been resolved in your favor.
Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to process any further returns, refunds, or replacements for this order" -

Which was an irrespeonsible response from teh seller- My questions is -How can you scam people like this ?.. Have some empathy and respect for people who choose you

The prices are reasonable, the quality is very good.

Shoes are comfortable and look nice.

Hi, i was sincere in my feedback via the survey. I can’t comment on the shoes yet because they haven’t arrived but from had been shown is seeing good and high expectation. I do find the delivery times should improve and allow customer communication in those cases

I didn’t receive it until now

This company is a scam. They don’t have any 10 cm elevated shoes. They ship a 5-6 standard elevated sneaker which has indeed a nice finishing and texture.
However they send it in a bag with pieces of foam of 2 cms each to make the shoe by yourself 😂😂😂
I asked for my money back and will update all internet about how they proceed. I am still wondering what they were expecting that I will use the 4 pieces they sent as earrings??? Really getting tired of Chinese manufacturers misleading everyone on internet. They should be banned to EU for importing.

The shoes are comfortable and increase height.
