Order this in December and still not received my order. I have emailed and asked for a full refund, as yet no response and no refund. My boots have not arrived. I think facebook need to be made aware that they shouldn't be allowed to advertise on Facebook and be removed. Looks like I've been scammed. Can I get a refund from my credit card provider if I paid via credit card? A terrible company and no acknowledgement of how delayed this order would be. No customer service.

I completely understand that things take longer to deliver that expected with current covid situations but it has been 5 weeks since my order! By the time the boots get here I won’t need them as it may we’ll be summer!! Tied to follow up and cancel as this delay is crazy and was just told sorry it’s too late! Hoping they arrive and I haven’t been taken for a fool!

Pure scammers. Ordered some boots at beginning of January for a birthday present. Paid (luckily) via PayPal immediately. Weeks later, still no boots so chased up to be told they have been dispatched but cannot say when they will be delivered or where they are, just told to be patient. Further weeks on, still nothing so rechased and given same information. Still no boots. Have now opened a dispute via PayPal and miraculously got an email from this company to say the same as they have previously stated ... have dispatched but no further details etc but this time attached a tracking number - which doesn’t exist and is false. Now pushing PayPal to sort money back. Do not use - they take your money and provide no goods!!!

**Edited to add** PayPal have now found in my favour and are refunding my money. I will now be reporting Elfmemory to Action Fraud and suggest others who have been scammed by them do the same. Lesson learnt to not buy via an advertisement and to do some proper research first! Glad I paid via PayPal 😊

Ordered boots 08.01.21 I have emailed and they do reply but hasn’t arrived. I tried to cancel but they said it’s already been processed. It’s an absolute scam,

Dont use elf memory! I ordered 2 pairs of boots on 04.01.21. Only got email confirmation for one pair. Emailed them and asked if I could cancel them and they said no the order had already processed....liars... I am still waiting for this pair a month later! They have now provided a tracking number which is showing the boots travelling through China... Meanwhile the other pair arrived and are two sizes too small! Definitely not the size I ordered. Poor quality too. But to get a refund I have to send them back.......to China, which is just so expensive it's not worth doing. PayPal resolution not very helpful....said send them back tracked and signed for. Very fed up. Now PayPal have advised us to contact Action Fraud. 0300-123-2040 Hope this info is helpful to everyone. Update. PayPal was also given a royal mail tracking number to show missing boots arrived and ruled in company's favour?! After a lot more talk and also raising dispute with bank, PayPal have given me a credit for amount.....I hope they are also now investigating company!

I had to press a star to write this this is a scam they took my money and I got nothing.you are scamming scum.

I ordered a pairs of their winter weatherproof boots on the 5/1/2021, they quite clearly state 7-10 days delivery, it is now the 5/2/2021 still no sign of the boots. Asked for a refund, will not be ordering again!!

DO NOT USE!! FACEBOOK SCAM!!! Ordered boots on 7th January. Tacking number is fake, everything about this company is fake . They respond but only with lies had an update yesterday went into the order and it states the following one month later:-

This company has stolen my money DO NOT buy from them.

Bought some boots on 6th January 2021 which have never arrived, tried to get my money back through PayPal but the company provided FAKE tracking details which showed they had been delivered so Paypal ruled in their favour and now I am out of pocket.

On contacting Royal Mail they advised that the tracking details did not match my name or my address and we’re indeed fake, I am now trying to go through my bank to get my money refunded under a fraudulent transaction claim.

Do not buy from this company,they keep your money and don't send your goods they operate under different names so always check the reviews on a separate website and not their fake one.

SCAM don't buy from here, they take your money and NEVER send you anything.

I’ve already written a review on this joke of a company but just a little info for those trying to claim through PayPal. They will ask you to get a letter/email from Royal Mail to say that the tracking number they have provided doesn’t correspond to your address, well Royal Mail don’t do this or at least told me they couldn’t, although I did get a screenshot from Royal Mail assist saying that it wasn’t my address on the parcel but for PayPal this is not good enough. Keep fighting with PayPal and put a complaint in aswell. They have offered me a partial refund which I suppose is better than nothing.

Ordered some boots for my mum for her birthday back in December still haven't received them contacted the seller numerous times with no response, disputed with PayPal who will not refund as there is a tracking number, when I tracked the parcel it said delivered by royal mail 2 weeks ago, spoke to royal mail who confirmed the address and name on the parcel was different to mine and there is nothing they can do, currently in the process of trying to get a charge back through my bank, avoid avoid avoid

Ordered boots 4th Jan, still nothing! So annoyed with self for not checking into company - had had bad day at work so retail therapy on a whim! I have never bought from FB advert, now I know why! Complete scam it seems, can't see boots ever arriving. I should have done the checks first, not 4 weeks later otherwise I would have seen all this. Lesson Learnt! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered some boots on 02 jan 2021, no sogn of them or that they have been shipped! have emailed them which comes up joyfully24 and they provided the so called link to the shipping which comes up unknown ! I have asked a couple times now to cancel order , which they said they cannot do as its shipped??? and now want a refund or this will be reported

If you are one of the lucky ones to have received your items then well done but you probably will be dissappointed due to poor quality, incorrect sizing. For those saying what do you expect from cheap prices - sorry I paid over £100 for 2 pairs of boots. Do not believe any positive reviews they leave themselves. This is a totally scam company that changes names like the wind. Research Besla Technology Co Limited, Elf memory, staisfied24.com , 24helpfriends.com etc who they trade under and it's not good news. Please research this company on the internet before parting with any money to them and find that this company is now flagged not only on Trust Pilot under various names but also Paypal community pages as a Fake/Scam company trading under various names, all reported as scam businesses. This company abuses UK tracking systems by sending a small letter tracked to a delivery depot in your county, someone then goes and collects this and hey presto they now have proof it was received. In my case Royal mail confirmed in writing that the item sent was not a parcel (2 sets of boots) but in fact a letter which was not even addressed or collected by me. Paypal were sent this information and I then finally received a full refund from Paypal. If they supply a tracking number formally request from Royal mail in writing the size and weight and full addressed details so you can pass to your bank or PayPal Disputes Team to fully check whether or not any item was delivered to an actual (full) postcode and not a partial postcode and the weight and size. If Paypal close the dispute because they have listed false information then ring them and you have proof from royal mail then ring Paypal and inform them of this and ask them to re-open the case in order that you can upload the info.

Need to block this company ordered a coat for mum who is shielding coat didn’t fit when I messaged for returns can’t return as it’s size u ordered there say u can return within 14 Days on web but if u order and send right size u are not reliable!!!

I like others on here did not look up Elfmemory before placing my order (which was foolish of me). A month later & I have no tracking number. The first time I emailed them, they just said it had been shipped could I be patient, next time they said they'd share tracking number when it was ready. Definitely seems like a scam operation. The website name, email address & the company name on PayPal are all different.

Wouldn't recommened this company at all. Never recieved my item. Full of BS.
