Good budget host equipment, just don't run into any problems...
Dreadful customer service, bad systems in place and requesting personal information. Our executives were never alerted in any way of upcoming modifications or sudden loss of service during our 4 months of hosting here. Their mailing system proves flawed (meaning, you won't receive emails from them when they are servicing) as i was sworn at tooth and nail that their mailing service was to blame for the lack of notifications about loss of service. I urge you to continue your search for good hosting - as the old saying goes; “In this world, you get what you pay for.” ― Kurt Vonnegut, Cat's Cradle
There is one person running the entire show and if you run into a problem, you will encounter 'them'. She lacks any sense of humanity and will throw on the "Robo-Sales hat" when convenient. I urge you personally to reconsider hosting with this individual. There are many many other fantastic hosts with a great professional team behind it ready to serve, listen and assist with your every need.

We're sorry that you felt the need to leave this review; we did attempt to make sure that your departure from us was as smooth for you and your community as possible.
It appears that this review was written after we informed you that we'd no longer be willing to do business with you upon discovery that you'd violated our terms of services by registering with fraudulent details. We are required by law to ensure that the customer information that we hold is up to date and accurate; after requesting identification, we validated that the information you had provided to us originally was fake. We provided you with a generous three week grace period, up to the end of your billing cycle to download backups, find a new host and to then gradually roll customers over to the new provider having much less of an impact on your players. However, from looking at our records, we can see you made an immediate switch and closed your account with us.
During this incident, your service was temporarily suspended after you refused to provide identification stating that we were not a bank and as such didn't have to provide us with any form of ID.
Responding to your initial comment; your service was taken offline for 30 minutes as part of our annual scheduled systems maintenance during non-peak hours so that it had as little of an impact as possible. We listed this work before, during and after on our status page; we also informed you via an email that was sent out ahead of time reminding impacted customers of the work, our logs at the time indicated the email as having been accepted by your mail server but not opened.
Throughout the discussion related to the maintenance, you continually directed unacceptable language towards our support staff, including at one point stating "you are my servant". Similar language was included within your initial review before it was required to be modified by TrustPilot for violating their user guidelines. This vulgar language aided our decision to terminate you as a client; while we try to go out of our way to assist customers, we will not accept abuse towards our staff.
Moving onto your comment "There is one person running the entire show" we're slightly unsure how you reached this conclusion. We currently have five members of staff on our team, during your support requests you had spoken to two of them through our ticket support before this incident occurred. While we do have two members of management with the same name, we can confirm they're definitely different people.

I've owned a game community for years, Could not be happier…
I've owned a game community for years now, and none of my numerous hosts were as near as good as ELHS. The support is amazing. Services is amazing. Benefits are amazing. Prices are amazing. Everything is amazing. I would recommend ELHS to anyone wanting a quality hosting company.

Amazing VPS's
