While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Sold Office 2024, delivered Office 2019

Bought "Microsoft Office 2024: Professional Plus / Mac" via Groupon (seller Advanced Vision, redeemed at redeem.elicensenest.com). Redemption was quick, but Microsoft recognises the product key as an Office 2019 licence, not 2024. Word for Mac rejects it: "Your Office 2019 licence is not supported with this version of the application." The product is unusable.

Also: Groupon lists XX as contact, the redeem site is elicensenest.com, and there is no official Office 2024 "Professional Plus" for Mac. A refund via Groupon is not automatic, despite "free cancellation" on the voucher.

Advice: buy Office directly from Microsoft or an authorised reseller.
