No stars really. The quality is Terrible.
Fabrics are cheap, no way could you give this as a gift. They say they have a 30 day refund policy.
However if you do return items, at your cost, they advise that a full refund is not guaranteed.
I will NEVER buy from them again.

The service is terrlible. I ordered 2 weeks ago and the shirt has not been shipped yet Do not order from this site. THe ads are on facebook every day but the customer service is awful

SCAM. AVOID.

They show the price in your local currency and then charge you in US dollars and refuse to refund to the advertised amount. It's a total rip off.

I am taking legal action for online fraud and will post updates but wanted to warn everyone in the meantime.

Zero for this company's review. Emailed them 4 times to cancel my order n every time they emailed back... are u sure u want to cancel .....like saying it once should have been enough... they seem to stall the canceling process so when they do ship it out they can say u never replied to their last email.. this company is a joke... wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! save your money. They are located in China. It took over 2 months to receive the item I ordered and like a few other reviews out there, it wasn’t even the right item. Step away from their website!

The WORSE company that I have ordered from. I waited two months for socks and once I received in the mail they SENT ME THE WRONG SOCKS. I wrote them again and NO RESPONSE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS a JOKE! THEY DESERVE 0 STARS

If I could leave 0 stars I would! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I tried numerous times to reach out to them about an order placed! They NEVER responded! They debited my checking account the day the order was placed, and I never received the item! I reached out to them, as I never received any communications regarding the order, but they never responded! I’m currently disputing the charges with my bank, but that can take up to 45 days t be resolved, so I’m out the money, until this investigation is done! This company is horrible!!!

I will never order from this website again. I ordered something on November 10th and Didn’t receive my package until January 21st. When I opened the package it was the wrong pullover. Their communication is awful and the whole time I was trying to track my package they had no idea where it was. All they could say was that the tracking information takes a while to update. Don’t waste your money or time on this site.

I placed two order on November 25th, three hoodies total. One order is two hoodies, second order is one hoodie. Larger order is shipped November 27th smaller December 4th.

Larger order Delivered Dec 26th

Smaller order all updates on shipping stopped after December 12th. I emailed them after the first of the year and they told me to wait it out. I emailed again a week later and they told me to wait again and miraculously tracking updated the next day. Package arrives Jan 18th and it's not what I ordered.... To say I'm mad is an understatement....
I've emailed about the order being wrong and I expect it to get fixed but I'm not holding my breath

Do NOT do business with this company! Horrible customer service, you wait forever if you even get your product and if you are wanting a refund.... HA! You'll never get one, they just ignore your emails! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely horrible. I order a shirt for my wife that said "puck ya" because she likes hockey... they sent me a shirt that said "softball is my favorite season" Ok, i get the fact that mistakes get made, especially around the holidays and high volumes of orders but when i contacted them they told me to please keep it and they would send me a 5 dollar gift card and i could order something else. Umm..No. i have been corresponding with them for over a week and have asked for a full refund or send me what i paid for. They reponded by offering me 6 dollar gift card. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. You will be disappointed.

I ordered from Eliepop after reading reviews that it was, in fact, a legit website and not a scam.
I placed an order for two Christmas gifts before Thanksgiving, and knew I would be cutting it close with an estimated delivery time of 5-20 business days to the US from China. The last tracking update on my order was on December 10, stating that the post service was "preparing to dispatch the piece." Here was are, over a month later at January 15, with no update on tracking. I have emailed Customer Service now six times, (very respectfully the first few times,) requesting a refund as the package is now at 35+ business days post-order, with no update on tracking. I explained I have no hope that the package will ever show up without any updates, and at this point I am at a loss of money and no longer have interest in the items as Christmas was almost a month ago.
Each time, my request was replied with "please wait, it is on the way." Now I am keeping my promise to them that I would give them poor reviews due to the TERRIBLE customer service, no phone number to contact, and the lack of reliability from the mail service as well as the company. Had they had any decency to issue a refund, or re-ship the items, I would have kept my hope in my order and my company. But now, not so much.

Still waiting for a shirt my husband ordered over a month ago. Even paid for expedited shipping. When contacted they do nothing about it.. Will never order again!

Purchased a sweatshirt and tank top for my wife in size small. Received the sweatshirt in the right size but received incorrect tank top in incorrect size. Emailed Eliepop multiple times and they suggested I keep the wrong tank top and they will give me a refund for $3 or gift card for $5. ESCALATING TO VISA AND WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

I have yet to receive my order that I placed on December 17, 2019 that I needed for a cruise leaving on January 10,2019. The website says they pack and ship (we are fast!) in 1 to 5 business days. I paid extra for express shipping to ensure I would have it in time for my cruise. I learned after inquiry that my order didn't leave China until January 3 (well past the 1 to 5 business days) AND that it would take an additional 6 to 20 business days. The website is deceiving and these statements are false advertising. Not sure what the laws in China are but false advertising is against the law in the United States.

I placed an order with Elliepop.The picture was deceiving. The very next morning I e mailed to cancel the order. I just got an argument and someone begging to not cancel. This went on for quite some time. Then they shipped it anyway. I wrote to ask for a return tag. I am getting some story about how it would cost Me a lot of money to send it back to china and it may not even get received. they still are asking me to keep it and they will give me a whole $7 now to keep it. This company is horrible and the item does not even look like the picture. It's horrible. Stay away from this company. I just want a return tag to return the product.

Ordered over 2 months ago and still haven't received! It was for Christmas and Christmas has come and gone! They are not willing to do anything about it!

WAITING AND WAITING!
I have been waiting over a month for my order that was supposed to be a Christmas present. I have asked several times for a refund and to cancel the order but to no avail. It took 3 emails but I finally heard from them but they do not seem to care that they left me short a Christmas gift for my husband. It seems to me that they are happy that they have my money and do not care about when I get my order. You would think that if they did not want to cancel the order and keep my money they would have sent my stuff out but they have not done that either.

Terrible site! The website says fast shipping and that it will ship within two weeks. Neither are true, I placed my order over a month ago and still do not have it. I am reporting to PayPal as well. PayPal should not support a company that lies to its customers. There are plenty of other sites that offer the same products.. shop from them!!

Took 2 months to get which is why i didn't give a 5 star rating but I am very happy with all 3 of my items. When ordering from China , you take your chances..... Looked just like the photos , great quality. Well worth the wait and excellent prices.I highly recommend as long as you don't expect quick ship.
