Zero stars. I wish I had came here before ordering. This site is a scam. I also thought I was ordering from New Mexico and was fine with ordering from a US store. However, the dress arrived in flimsy packaging and was cheap quality straight from China. Hemline was crooked and dress did not fit. When I wanted to return they told me to ship to Germany or I could receive 15, then 30 percent refund. I wish I had ordered from Shein because at least they have a decent return policy and customer service. Also, they price appropriately for the quality. These are China made cheap dresses with knock off pics from the real dresses they copy from. DO NOT BUY!

I don’t think this a real brand/company. They over price their items and sells the illusion that you’re getting a quality piece of clothing. Once purchased, they had the item drop shipped straight from china. Clothes are very low quality and they will not issue a refund or accept a return. The clothes / packet from china arrived in an unmarked cheap plastic bag like it’s from some factory. When inquired about returning the item, they asked me to return it to an address in Germany (red flag). This company is very sketchy. Do not buy from them.. better of purchasing from SHEIN. I had to file a dispute to get an answer from them.

I wish I read these reviews prior to buying. This website is a SCAM. Horrible customer service. They keep emailing me blank messages back to prolong the process. I thought I was purchasing from a small business in New Mexico when it was really from China. Took 3 weeks to get my item.

This company is a joke. They sell low quality clothing from China and have a ridiculous return policy. My daughter ordered a prom dress three weeks before the event. It arrived the day after the event. When we attempted to return the dress (unworn), our request was rejected because the dress was "on sale." I'm pretty sure all of their clothing is "on sale." It's just a scam to avoid the hassle of processing returns.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for prom. The dress came in and looked NOTHING like the picture. The material was completely see through and so cheap. I paid $80 for this dress. Under it the policy says… Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you're not fully happy with your purchase, we support returns/exchanges within 30 days. They are now telling me since it was a “sale” item they will not refund me. They first offered a 15% refund and now telling me 30%. I have had to since go buy my daughter a dress in town so I’m out money for two dresses. Do NOT get scammed by this site like I did.

Was sceptical at first but decided to give you an opportunity and i was impressed, the dress is even more beautiful than in the images!

Good, delivery was fast

Placed an order on 8 Feb, item took 4 weeks to arrive and an item is missing from the delivery. While they did respond to my emails, the shipping 'updates' they were providing me was incomplete and unclear. Also, don't let the New Mexico address fool you, this stuff is all shipping from China and the quality is extremely poor. Purchased the Bandana Patterned Cardigan and it's very bad quality for £68

I love the cardigan i ordered. Its true to size really good quality and its bandana design is so chic also the delivery was pretty fast. Will definitely order more of your products :)

Very sad and disappointed. I ordered a dress for engagement photos and they never shipped it. It's been over a month and still no updates. I have requested for my money back and have never heard back. Even more discouraging is I posted on there page to review the item, and they filter and don't post the negative comments. They only allow for positive reviews, which is not morally correct for a business to do in my opinion.
