Chris is super skilled, experienced, a perfectionist, goes the extra mile to get the job done to the best quality, and a problem solver. Chris dropped by to give a detailed quote, helped the decision making process by giving me all the information I need, arrived ahead of time for the installation, resolved challenges as the job surfaced a few major issues outside of his control, made sure I was happy with every aspect of the job, patiently explained everything he was doing, and left the place clean after the job. If this does not deserve a 5/5, I have no idea what will. Until next time Chris 😁.

I contacted Chris to help an elderly family friend, she thought she may have needed a new Aerial but Chris confirmed the signal from her old one was strong & didn’t try to sell her something she didn't need. He set up her new tv & spent time setting up her bbc & itv accounts so she could watch catch up. Chris is genuine, very experienced & also offered helpful advice. Highly recommend.

Enquired Monday morning heard back by the afternoon

Tv arrived Friday and Chris was in Saturday getting it fitted with a brilliant wall mount, getting all the wires hidden and tidied up after himself spotlessly

From initial enquiries up to completing the job Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. His passion and knowledge was made clear during an initial visit when discussing different options for 2 TVs we required mounting. Very reasonably priced and Chris clearly has a lot of pride in the work he delivers. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Chris is polite, on time, knowledgeable and diligent in checking prior to commencing installation. Wall mounted a full motion bracket for us, fitment of 55"TV, tidied up cabling, moved and fitted a 48" to another room, left everything clean and tidy and kept us fully informed throughout. They provided me with a very prompt service (same day) and did a great job of mounting my 65" Skyglass tv.

I asked Chris to fit a full movement mount on a dot and dab wall, afrwr our previous DIY mount failed. The job involved strengthening the wall and moving some fixings. Really happy with the result on what was a bit of a complex job.

Chris came to fix our TV to the wall. He was excellent. Prompt and professional and found the perfect solution for a tricky spot involving lots of wires in the wall. Highly recommend.

Having wall-mounted a new tv for us in a very awkward alcove, Chris then returned to sort out our aerial reception. He discussed the options and relative costs at each stage, so we were clear about what was being done. Chris is prompt and polite, does a thorough job with great attention to detail, and leaves everything neat and tidy.

Chris did a great job on mounting our 50" TV in our new build home and was open to help with suggestions on placement in our living room. Left things very tidy afterwards and despite an issue with our internal walls managed to come up with a quick solution to solve the problem. Chris replaced a damaged TV on the wall for a new one. He did the job in good time with no fuss. He was easy to communicate with before and during the work. I would definitely recommend him.

Chris was really helpful with advice and informing us what would be required. Once we’d finally decided what we wanted, he came out the very same evening to put our sky glass up. Very efficient and friendly too.

Chris mounted a 55” TV for us on an internal plasterboard wall and also fed the cable through the wall to plug into a socket on the other side of the wall. The finished job looks amazing and Chris left our flat in perfect condition. He was responsive, professional, and did the job quickly (but taking care to ensure it was done correctly). Would highly recommend.

Elite AV understood and delivered what we wanted to perfection! We had 3 jobs completed by Elite AV Services.

1. They installed CAT 8 cabling throughout our house and my garden office. I wanted all cables tucked away neatly and out of sight which they did to the highest standard.

2. We had two TVs installed by them and again a first class installation with seamless integration into my home network with no visible cables. We're just amazed with their attitude in providing us the best solution and no compromise to what we wanted - "all power and tv cables should not be in sight"

3. Installed APEX alarm system which is the perfect solution for us - high security but yet simple to use.
