Never received no refund no answer on mails

I ordered an engagement ring from EliteCarat and never received it. The package was supposedly lost by UPS, and although EliteCarat first promised a refund, then later offered to send a new ring, I ended up with neither. After I told them I no longer wanted a replacement and preferred a refund, they stopped responding entirely.

I have sent multiple emails over the past weeks and received absolutely no reply. This is unacceptable for any company, especially one dealing with high-value and emotionally significant purchases like engagement rings.

Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money, offer empty promises, and then go completely silent.
