Satisfied

The OT and PT are very Good! They're trained on the way to help the people they see. They're courteous and respectful at all times and can communicate on any level. The appointments are set to person's time. Would recommend them to All.
With that being said, some of the supervisors should be schooled in elder respect. Scoldings are Never respectful and to not make an appointment do to their personal wants and Demand you schedule according to their needs doesn't work with most seniors. No appointment, just show up with no call and time. OT and PT 5 Stars, Supervisor 2 ongoing thru Oct 1. Oct 29
