Poor processing
It took them a really long time to ship it. I ordered on a Saturday and it sat unprocessed until Monday, a week and two days later when I finally received a tracking number
You would hope for a better shipping experience for a primarily online retailer. The product was great however it's difficult to look past this. It meant it didn't arrive for the occasion I planned to wear it for and well past the estimated shipping time.

Mascot Tee - Blackout and Pink
Went into the Northlands store Easter weekend looking for the Mascot Tee blackout but didn’t have my size in store so the lovely staff let me know that I could do free express shipping in store which was great and received it Tuesday 11/4. Ever happy with the quality of the tee

Quality Products and excellent customer service.
These are my staple tights and shorts. Feel great and look great.
Had issues applying a voucher so contacted customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Very prompt, polite and makes the shopping experience stress free.

Disliked the amount of stock you have…
Disliked the amount of stock you have in store. Don’t like quality clothes that shrink in the wash and while washing track pants let’s out fluff on other clothes. Need to open a Store in Pentridge Village Coburg but then again it’s entirely up to you where you open. Otherwise customer service in store is great. The most liked product is the Pro tech Joggers pants Black but you need more stock and sizes because at the moment it’s very popular.

I wanted to get their latest t shirts and they weren’t on display. The girl was tagging them and I’d asked for a small. She went out of her way to dig through and find them for me. Staff are so helpful with sizing and really friendly.

I’ve had the best experience with…
I’ve had the best experience with Elite. I ordered some tights that weren’t quite right for me and wanted to send them back. They have free returns which is amazing and the delivery for the new tights that I swapped over was faster than I expected. The quality of the squat proof tights are so high end. Really comfortable and they stick to my body like glue. This will now be the only place I buy tights from for Brazilian jui jitsu. I grappled for an hour and not once did these tights let me down.
You have to read the description and select the ones that state they are squat proof as the ones that don’t state that are slightly see through.
Everything about my experience was perfect from start to finish so I thank you guys for being an absolute gem.
