Work done in my friends home
My friend invited me round to his house as he had some work done by this company. The house was in Bradford in the BD9 area. The workmanship was not of a good standard at all plus the workers caused some damage in the house. They did offer to repay back the damage which was caused but the amount they offered him was embarrassing and didnt cover the cost of the damage caused in the house. My friend is extremely upset and is now left in a very difficult position

Wow Elite energy AMAZING!
Wow Elite energy came to my house and did the most amazing job. My house is substantially warmer, The team were amazing so tidy and got the work done really efficiently. From the radiator man to the joiner and the team that did the insulation and all the plastering, every single work man was superb 10/10. I Can not thank them enough. Overall the experience was good but…
Overall the experience was good but there could of been improvements.
I was not advised that Elite Energy would not be able to connect to my existing gas pipework until their fitters arrived at my home which meant I had to make a decision there and then if I wanted to proceed. This should have been advised earlier in my opinion.

No hassle EV charger Installation, originally sourced through the myEnergy website list of compliant installers… local to myself and great service from day one. The site survey visit enabled me to advise of my requirements, and the, visitor listened to these, and utilised these to provide a competitive quote…
The installation team had a great understanding of the plan agreed and along with checks along the way was able to succeed in meeting all the requirements set out originally… the final set up was completed to my needs and they wouldn’t leave until everything was in place and tested to assure that the system was functioning correctly…

From Tony the sales person, his experience showed, compared to other salespeople that I've had through the door.
Craig came with a drone to took a detailed inspection of the roof, that was surprising and talked through the installation process.
James customer relationship, managing the install from beginning to end.
