Great communication following the out of stock message and an offer of suitable alternatives. Great communication continued throughout the dispatch, delivery and installation phases. The product is great, quiet and a good first wine fridge for me to learn the technology.

From start to finish an excellent service - helpful and quick responses on the online chat helped select the fridge, regular updates on the progress of the delivery and easy to arrange. Delivery team were excellent too - smoothly installing and removing all the packaging.

Wine cooler arrived as expected. Delivery team unpacked it, placed it where we wanted and took away all packaging and made sure it worked before they left! Excellent, professional service. We also had our old cooler taken away separately. Again the removal team arrived as expected and were very professional. Highly recommend them!

The wine fridge arrived at the appointed time and the crew carefully unpacked it and placed it where we wanted it.
However the continental plug was impossible to fit into the adapter provided. Fortunately my husband was able to overcome this by dismantling the adapter and reassembling it with the plug inserted.

After being let down by another company that kept we waiting for a wine fridge that I ordered several weeks prior, Cherry and Elite Fridges were the opposite of that experience. What impressed me most was the knowledge that Cherry had about the products and a couple of questions on aftercare. Delivery firm were superb too. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.
